Methods: Systematic review that used the PRISMA protocol. The acronym PEO. The scientific studies were selected through the databases: Virtual Health Library (VHL) and Scientific Electronic Library Online. The terms in Portuguese and English were selected: remote teaching and teacher training; remote teaching and COVID and teacher training; remote teaching and COVID and COVID and teacher training (remote teaching and COVID and COVID and teacher training). Results: 52 articles were found and 11 were selected that were consistent with the guiding question, with the delimiting inclusion criteria and according to the screening steps and eligibility criteria. Conclusion: The findings of this review indicated that the epidemiological reality in the world affected by COVID 19 had an impact on the pedagogical practice of teachers, since in a very short time scale, the traditional class model was replaced by remote classes, given the biosecurity measure which enforced social distancing. The new scenario outlined by the use of technology indicates that there have been advances in the educational process, considering that it required teachers and students to have a new look at the teaching and learning process, mediated by information and communication technology.","PeriodicalId":40275,"journal":{"name":"Cadernos Educacao Tecnologia e Sociedade","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136084698","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Active methodologies have emerged as a strategy for departing from traditional instruction. Although met with some resistance among certain faculty members, regulatory bodies overseeing Engineering programs at Brazilian universities have imposed requirements to align with emerging market trends. This study aims to evaluate the profile of graduates from the Environmental Engineering program at a Brazilian public university, ascertain their perceptions and demands, and investigate whether the university under scrutiny fulfills the criteria set by the engineering councils. The findings reveal that the graduate profile not only provides evidence of how the university fosters skills and competencies in engineering courses but also sheds light on the labor market demands in the present national context. Furthermore, the study establishes the significant role of active methodologies in meeting these new requirements. In conclusion, research into the graduate profile supports the university in making informed decisions regarding changes in the advancement and development of undergraduate programs, as it offers insights into the needs of professionals beyond the academic sphere.","PeriodicalId":40275,"journal":{"name":"Cadernos Educacao Tecnologia e Sociedade","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136084854","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Recently, the literature has been increasingly focused on factors to be considered in HR Analytics frameworks, suggesting the question of “how” HR Analytics should be put into practice and drove by objectives; unlike initial (but still abundant) approaches of “what” should be done. This paper aims to address gaps that could help setting management resources, researching if there are relevant nuances in HR Analytics objectives that may imply in distinct ways to manage the activity. Two main approaches were combined: (i) a quantitative and qualitative analysis of recent publications and (ii) an approach under the Systems Theory constructs. HR Analytics definitions, approaches, underlying themes, related areas of study and academic gaps were analyzed from 231 publications in the Scopus database until 2021. The analysis highlighted main features of interest, which were clustered and drove to the drawing of distinct (but related) objectives and ways of manage HR Analytics. Moreover, comparisons with knowledge creation of correlated activities led to the proposition of a taxonomy as a driver to objectives and a research agenda.","PeriodicalId":40275,"journal":{"name":"Cadernos Educacao Tecnologia e Sociedade","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136084847","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The model of pedagogical assessment based on using modern technologies is focused on solving the problems of objectifying the measurement process, expanding the information base of assessment, creating conditions for the formation of learning activities, including assessment activities, integrating monitoring and teaching functions, individualizing pedagogical assessment at the level of individual learning activities. The model is designed on the principles of integration of the subject-object side of assessment; optimization of criterion depth; temporal perspective; binarity; psychological safety; unity of assessment and learning activities and individualization in relation to the student. It includes the basic modules: criterion-based assessment, managing the transmission of pedagogical assessment (with a two-component information component – object-subject and subject-subject), and a module for processing the primary results of measuring students’ learning activities and visualizing its results. Organizational and pedagogical conditions for implementing the model are as follows: functional completeness of information and software support; teachers’ readiness to use pedagogical assessment by applying computer tools; adjustment of regulatory documents, local acts of the educational institution and protocols of service interaction, which create an opportunity to use assessment systems; creation of a motivation system that stimulates the promotion of personality-oriented education in the teaching team.","PeriodicalId":40275,"journal":{"name":"Cadernos Educacao Tecnologia e Sociedade","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136084851","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since 2018, Portugal has been a pioneer country due to the changes introduced, at the legal level, regarding inclusion, charting a new course with new practices and differentiated pedagogical methodologies, in order to overcome the barriers to learning in the access to the curriculum for each student. This article aims to articulate the assumptions of the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and the principles of a pedagogical evaluation in the classroom context. A contribution is presented in dialogue with theory and practice to face the difficulties that may persist in the conceptualization of DUA budgets and their operationalization. To this end, references and plannings are proposed, as possibilities, to raise the quality of teaching-learning assessment strategies, based on the principle of equity and inclusion.","PeriodicalId":40275,"journal":{"name":"Cadernos Educacao Tecnologia e Sociedade","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136084850","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paradigm of the study is the assertion that the most important aspect of the professional activity of employees of the internal affairs bodies is to work with people, but unlike other professions, the specifics of building interpersonal relationships with people in internal affairs employees are determined by special working conditions, unusual circumstances, as well as occasions and situations dissimilar to each other. In this regard, there is a need to improve the communicative competence of employees of law enforcement agencies. From the standpoint of an integrative approach, an analysis was made of the phenomenon of the communicative competence of law enforcement officers; the existing gaps in this area and the necessary “points” for applying efforts to improve the situation were identified.","PeriodicalId":40275,"journal":{"name":"Cadernos Educacao Tecnologia e Sociedade","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136084696","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
