Health problems have a big role in improving people's standard of living. The spearhead of the hospital, namely health workers, consists of various professions that work collaboratively. Health worker performance refers to the extent to which health workers carry out their roles based on work expertise and efficiently achieve hospital goals. This study aims to examine how the influence of servant leadership and organizational climate on employee performance through affective commitment as an intervening variable. The research study was conducted at Kumala Siwi Mijen Kudus Public Hospital. \u0000The method used in this study is quantitative, namely using a representative sample to answer each statement submitted and using a questionnaire to collect research data. The research sample was 152 as health workers other than doctors at Kumala Siwi Mijen Public Hospital with a minimum working period of two years. The research analysis tool uses the AMOS 22.00 software with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. \u0000The results showed that servant leadership had no significant effect on the performance of health workers with a p-value of 0.689 (H1 was rejected). There is a significant influence of organizational climate on the performance of health workers with a p-value of 0.006 (H2 accepted). There is a significant influence of servant leadership on affective commitment with a p-value of 0.001 (H3 accepted). There is a significant influence of organizational climate on affective commitment with a p-value of 0.022 (H4 accepted). There is a significant effect of affective commitment on the performance of health workers with a p-value of 0.025 (H5 accepted). The conclusion is that affective commitment can be a mediating variable between servant leadership on the performance of health workers with an indirect effect value of 0.120 compared to a direct effect of 0.066. Then affective commitment does not mediate between organizational climate and the performance of health workers because the value of the direct effect is 0.318 greater, compared to the indirect effect of 0.073.","PeriodicalId":402323,"journal":{"name":"Return : Study of Management, Economic and Bussines","volume":"150 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132151754","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Instruments used in this research were questionnaires to 150 respondents with descriptive and quantitative data processing and analysis. Descriptive analysis in the research aims at describing the characteristics of the respondents and describing the research variables, while quantitative analysis is carried out using SEM - PLS (Partial Least Square) tools with the aim of testing the hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be explained that the image of the destination, tourist attraction, and experience of climbers has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction among climbers of Mount Gede Pangrango. Destination image, tourist attraction, climber experience, and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on intention to return to climbers of Mount Gede Pangrango. This quantitative study aims to obtain information about the Special Autonomy Fund, Regional Original Income and its effect on the percentage level of poverty in Papua Province. This study involves data from the Special Autonomy Fund, PAD and the percentage of poverty in Papua Province from 2004 to 2021. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS multiple linear regression statistics. The results of this study inform that local revenue does not affect the percentage of poverty but the Special Autonomy Fund has an effect on the percentage of poverty in Papua Province. In a defense perspective, the poverty level in Papua Province needs special attention because it involves non-military threats that can lead to the threat of conflict and security. Following up on the findings of this study, the Papua Special Autonomy Fund program is reviewed to continue and it is necessary to prepare a Grand Design for the governance of the Papua Special Autonomy implementation. so that it can be right on target and avoid deviations.","PeriodicalId":402323,"journal":{"name":"Return : Study of Management, Economic and Bussines","volume":"601 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128691131","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The concept of human development is in line with the concept of human capital. The reasons why human development needs attention are: first, many developing countries including Indonesia have succeeded in achieving economic growth, but have failed to reduce socio-economic inequality and poverty. Second, many developed countries that have high-income levels have not succeeded in reducing social problems. Third, some low-income countries can achieve high levels of human development because they can use all resources wisely to develop basic human abilities. Economic growth is more than just an increase in income and more than just the process of commodity production and capital accumulation. The analytical approach used in this research is quantitative data analysis. The entire data processing and analysis process in this study was carried out with the help of the computer program eViews 10 for Windows. There is a positive and significant influence of the variables of Education Expenditure, Health Expenditure, and Community Income simultaneously on the Human Development Index in Regencies/Cities in Central Java Province.
