This happens because intentions that did not manifest in behavior. Emotions had the potential to encourage individuals to carried out the intended behavior. Therefore intentions that reinforced by emotions will soon turn into behavior. The research was conducted with an experimental design. The results show that emotions strengthen the relationship between behavioral intentions to buy and green products buying behavior. Research findings became valuable input for the creation of a green product marketing communication strategy. Giving advertising exposure with emotional appeal was expected to change intention to buy green product to actual purchases","PeriodicalId":402323,"journal":{"name":"Return : Study of Management, Economic and Bussines","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128270034","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study used quantitative approach and survey method using online questionnaire. The sample used was 185 respondents who were millennial generation users of Bukalapak. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results showed that e-WOM has a significant positive influence on repurchase intent, e-satisfaction, and e-trust. In addition, repurchase intent also has a significant positive influence on e-satisfaction and e-trust. These findings suggest that e-WOM can be used as a strategy to increase repurchase intent, e-satisfaction, and e-trust in Bukalapak e-commerce. Therefore, Bukalapak needs to pay attention to and improve the quality of e-WOM that appears on their platform, as well as improve the quality of service and customer experience to strengthen customers' repurchase intent, e-satisfaction, and e-trust in the future.","PeriodicalId":402323,"journal":{"name":"Return : Study of Management, Economic and Bussines","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123746674","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, conducting an integrated analysis of all operational activities is still a new thing. Furthermore, the demand for sustainable business management encourages companies to collect company operational data in a consistent, strategic and sustainable manner. This research will try to find patterns of internal business analysis in the insurance industry. This research was conducted using secondary data from insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017 to 2021. The research analysis used was carried out using E Views ver 10. Based on the results of the research and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn, as follows: Human resources have a significant influence on sales at insurance companies during the research period. The highest the number of human resources in the company in the area of knowledge, experience can increase the level of sales (sales) of insurance products. The second resources that boost company performance is fixed assets, followed by advertising, training and agent. This key finding is important because the perception of the existence of an insurance agent that should be the focus of the sales team is not proven here. By increasing the skills, experience, and knowledge of employees for better operational tasks, sales planning, product development, this can improve the sales performance of insurance products. The company assets such as IT, software application, and advertising are playing a strategic role. The business trend moves toward onlines commerce. The choice of distribution method is a very important point, because an error in choosing a distribution method can slow down the delivery of goods and services to consumers or users. Distribution of rice is one aspect of the marketing mix that also determines the success or failure of the objectives to be achieved by Perum Bulog, West Aceh Regency in distributing rice to meet community needs. The problem discussed in this study is how the influence of rice distribution on price stability at Bulog Public Corporation in West Aceh Regency. While the aim of this research to be achieved is to determine the effect of rice distribution on price stability at Perum Bulog, West Aceh Regency. The analytical method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis, simple linear regression equation implies that in a regression equation there is one dependent variable and one independent variable. The simple linear regression method aims to prove the hypothesis on the effect of joint distribution variables on price stability at Perum Bulog, West Aceh Regency, both individually and collectively. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the effect of the distribution of rice (X) on the stability of rice prices (Y) is very significant. This is evidenced by the value of Rice Price Stability (Y) at the West Aceh District Bureau of Logistics Agency, a coefficient of determination of 0.875 (R) where this shows 87.50% is in the category of very high influence and the remaining 12.50% is influenced by other variables which is not researched.","PeriodicalId":402323,"journal":{"name":"Return : Study of Management, Economic and Bussines","volume":"141 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133995013","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Depending on past tourist behavior, there are two approaches that should be taken when promoting New York City (NYC) as a destination. When promoting a destination to tourists who have already been there before, the emphasis should be on updating them on new information and luring them back. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social media marketing initiatives, destination image, attitude, awareness, and perceived value on visit intention to New York City. The SEM-PLS approach was employed in this study's data analysis. 42 travelers who intended to visit New York City filled out a 1–5 scale questionnaire that was used to obtain the data. Ten theories pertaining to the 6 factors under investigation were put up. The study's findings indicate that Social Media Marketing Activity has no relationship with the Destination Image, Destination Attitude, Destination Awareness and Perseced Value variables.
