SCRUM is one of example agile contain iteration called sprint which describes phasing running on the timeline of the project and by sprint planning the SCRUM master (as a leader) can direct the team to finish on a date. The motivation for SCRUM team member will influence the result, so in this research, we try to design a gamified method into SCRUM. We make a prototype design about gamification in SCRUM development and also spread a questionnaire to the respondent already have experience with SCRUM development. Some solution was introduced to cope with primary storage requirement for performance, but most of it were require significant investment and introduce some complexity. Consumer-grade SATA SSD on the other hand were getting lower in price and more reliable, this paper intended to analyze how consumer-grade SATA SSD can be used as a primary storage solution for desktop virtualization in small-scale environment, with computer laboratory in University ABC as initial case study to deploy the scenario in production environment. To observe how the consumer-grade SATA SSD can perform, this paper conducted 3 categories of scenario: HDD-SAS 7.2k, SSD-SAS and SATA-SSD, using RAID10 and HBA (JBOD) mode configuration. Experimental test conducted within the scope of this paper showed that consumer-grade SSD-SATA can be used as a primary storage for small-scale desktop virtualization solution. While the price of SSD-SATA within the case of this paper was only about 10,4% higher when compared with HDD-SAS 7.2k solution, SSD-SATA (RAID10) also had significant performance improvement when compared with HDD-SAS 7.2k (RAID10), about 19,67 times higher in bandwidth and IO; and only 0,049 times in latency (95,07% lower latency time). The robots can be seen in various exhibition venues or public places. This paper proposes a customer service system on robots for pharmacy. The system includes question and answer and multimedia feedback about pharmacy. The whole system is divided into two parts. One is the expert system for pharmacy, the other is multimedia feedback. The expert system we designed includes health knowledge question and answer, product location, special disease related issues, etc. We uses the question and answer method to present these functions, obtain the highest similarity score through the similarity calculation, and then search for the knowledge base answer and the result is passed back to the user. The other part is the multimedia feedback function, which has many functions related to the pharmacy in the system. A digital platform, Run-Around, which was composed of animation and interactive physical running game, was designed to promote enjoyment in physical activity play while learn health concept naturally at the same time. 20 kindergarten children were invited to play with the system. The results showed that most children had learned the concept of healthy diet and body fat. However, some children could not connect the relation between running length and calorie consumption. Nevertheless, most children still had fun playing the gift sending task by running on the board to visit famous world attractions. The main problem when the harvest season arrives is the decline in commodity prices due to a large number of goods available. This problem is undoubtedly detrimental to farmers and traders. Therefore the Ministry of Trade introduced this Warehouse Receipt System. One of the Warehouse Receipt Systems is located in Grobogan District having its address at Wirosari District, Grobogan Regency. WRS Grobogan Regency was inaugurated at the end of 2015. All activities related to data management are still manual yet computerized. Based on these problems, a Management Information System in the Warehouse Receipt System in Grobogan Regency is needed. With this system, starting from the process of submission of goods, data collection, pricing, issuance of receipts, until reporting becomes computerized. This study uses the Scrum methodology. At the end of the study, User Acceptance Testing was conducted. Test results show 100% value. ADR might worsen the patient condition or to the extent where patients need to be hospitalized. This results in increasing medical expenses. One of the major reasons causing ADR is drug interaction. Patients with multiple chronic diseases under multiple treatments are the potential group of people at risk to develop drug-drug interactions. In addition, it is extremely difficult for doctors to prescribe medications when they cannot get access to the information of all the drugs and possible drug interactions when patients are under cross-disciplinary or even cross-hospital treatments. Hence, how to decrease the incidence rate of ADR is an important issue. In this study, we have established a cloud database of drug-drug interactions including common danger information and helpful suggestions. On the front page of our cloud database, users can simply enter the key words such as the drug generic name or its drug international classification code at the search box to access the information they need. Doctors and pharmacists can also use this database enquiry system on a daily basis to find out whether if their patients have any drug interactions problems. This can ultimately improve the overall drug safety for patients. This phenomenon makes people willing to sit in front of their computer for more than 5 hours one day. Using computer more than 5 hours a day causes a risk of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) or Cummulative Trauma Disorder (CTD), assigned as work-related category of musculoskeletal disorders. This study involved 140 respondents that had experienced in working with computers. This study used a survey method. Data were analyzed by using Descriptive Statistic to know the understanding of computer users against RSI or CTD injury. We present a new Spoken Lyrics and Singing (SLS) corpus developed at NUS-HLT that can be useful for STS. In this work, the details of this database is reported that contains 3,058 utterances of 90 English songs from 10 professional singers collected in a recording studio environment. The spoken lyrics corresponding to the songs are also recorded from the singers to create the database, which we refer to as NUS-HLT SLS corpus. A comparison of spoken lyrics and singing speech from different speakers and the challenges associated with STS are discussed. This paper proposes a stock forecasting method based on the combination of Stacked Denoising AutoEncoders (SDAE) and Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN). Using more than 4100 historical data of Sinopec Group from 2001/8/8 to 2018/8/16 for Seventeen years, then process the data and select six features of them for training and prediction. The experiment first uses SDAE for training in the pre-training stage to obtain the weights. Then the trained weights of SDAE are assigned to the Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) for fine-tuning to optimize the entire network structure. Then optimize the network parameters for further step and chose the best optimal hyperparameter combination. Finally, the prediction is performed on the test set, the Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Error Variance (EV), and Absolute Maximum Error (AME) between the predicted value and the actual value are used as evaluation performance evaluation criteria.
