The robots can be seen in various exhibition venues or public places. This paper proposes a customer service system on robots for pharmacy. The system includes question and answer and multimedia feedback about pharmacy. The whole system is divided into two parts. One is the expert system for pharmacy, the other is multimedia feedback. The expert system we designed includes health knowledge question and answer, product location, special disease related issues, etc. We uses the question and answer method to present these functions, obtain the highest similarity score through the similarity calculation, and then search for the knowledge base answer and the result is passed back to the user. The other part is the multimedia feedback function, which has many functions related to the pharmacy in the system.
