After the input speech is converted into text through ASR, the sentences are cut into words through the Jieba word segmentation system. We vectorized the words of the input sentence with the word embedding model, extract information with slot filling based on the cosine similarity, and then the diagnostic reasoning simulation is performed. We adopt the concept of TF-IDF algorithm to train the weight of the symptoms and diseases in our medical database. The more common the disease, the higher the weight. As for symptom, the more the disease has this symptom, the lower the weight of the symptom. After knowing the weight of disease and symptom, we can start to calculate the score of disease and get the most likely disease. Finally, the most suitable product is returned to the user. In the experimental result, the accuracy of slot filling and diagnostic reasoning simulation was 88% and 86% respectively.","PeriodicalId":402234,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Orange Technologies (ICOT)","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129646884","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Critical assets related to information systems are very susceptible to threats that can exploit and damage assets until they lead to disruption of business processes and even lead to financial losses. PT. Autocomp Systems Indonesia (PASI) has implemented Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO / IEC 27001 to define a set of risk management strategies. However, some threats still occur and make the organization to get losses. The organization needs to conduct an evaluation of risk management that has been implemented to determine whether the risk protection strategy is adequate. Evaluation is done by comparing the current condition with the expected ideal condition using Catalogue of Practices from OCTAVE. The gaps found and then the risk assessment of the related assets is carried out. The results of this study indicate that the level of risk management maturity obtained by the organization is 89.40 %. The biggest gap is found in the contingency plan/disaster recovery plan and vulnerability management. Then a mitigation plan is proposed from the results of the risk assessment using the OCTAVE Allegro approach so the risk can be controlled properly.","PeriodicalId":402234,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Orange Technologies (ICOT)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128439146","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the implementation of ERP systems on the performance of employees in order to provide information and feedback for the management of the company. This allows for the formulation of the optimal company strategy thus improving the performance of individual employees. This study employs a qualitative analysis approach based on the Delone and McLean’s model of success to analyze the data obtained from the interviews and questionnaires which is designed to resemble the Likert scale and was previously tested on the validity and reliability. This study aims to examine the causal effect of ERP information systems, specifically in utilizing the variable quality of system and information as the independent variable and the performance of employees as the dependent variable with user satisfaction and system users as the two intervening variables. The results display that the quality of sistems has both direct and indirect influence on the performance of employees. Furthermore, the quality of information has proven to show negligible effect on the performance of employees’ variable. The performance of employees’ variable indirectly affected by the quality variable of information through the both system users and user satisfaction intervening variables.","PeriodicalId":402234,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Orange Technologies (ICOT)","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115840669","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The low light situation likewise yields under-saturated and low contrast video footages. The frames of this kind video footage, if further processed, will be the type of input that are very challenging to deal with. The aim of this work was to choose the best feature candidate, either brightness or lightness, for improving the frames quality which are then fed to the segmentation algorithm. A random residence and a campus parking lot area are the places where the video footages of this research are taken. The first step after gathering the videos is to extract the frames and converting it to 2D images, where the brightness and lightness features of the images are then solely fed into the CLAHE enhancement algorithm. The enhanced images are then fed to the chosen segmentation algorithm, called the Active Contour. From the experiments, it is proven that the enhancement based on the lightness feature outperformed the brightness based enhancement system which is proven by the better segmentation results. Moreover, from the appearance, the output of the lightness based enhancement system looks softer and the resulting image contains less artifacts.","PeriodicalId":402234,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Orange Technologies (ICOT)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133219929","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the view of that daily pictures captured by handheld device usually contain motion blur and defocus simultaneously. During one shot, the moving trail of the object can be always regarded as straight and consecutive, and the defocus phenomenon is related to Gaussian blur. Therefore, a parameter model containing three parameters can describe the blur. First, we estimate a rough blur kernel using L1 prior method, then we fit the kernel by computing the three parameters. Finally, the sharp image with clear details is restored by the kernel estimated. Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms others when the blur kernel is fairly parameterized, which helps the current blind deconvolution methods achieve better results.","PeriodicalId":402234,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Orange Technologies (ICOT)","volume":"272 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132904757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The task of integrating such system is quite complicated, especially the integration of the financial technology system. In addition to being integrated, the flow of data and business processes must effectively reach every part which has interests in the process and the data. Business productivity can be achieved if the required data flows smoothly and is accessible as efficient as possible. Similarly, a bank which usually uses more than one information systems, when it need to combine financial statements from different bank systems must go through a data transformation mechanism to be accessible. Especially if the users of some bank accounts must access all their banking accounts at one time, of course, this would not be easy. As a response to those situations, in this research we proposed a financial technology application integration based on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) which could be used to combine financials statements of all integrated banks every month. The data required to create a composite report will be directly taken from the system of any bank by utilizing web services. It is expected that the results from this study could help the parties interested in SOA-based Fin Tech with the understanding and description of SOA, such as: how it works, its benefits, and the role of SOA layers implemented in Fin Tech applications.","PeriodicalId":402234,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Orange Technologies (ICOT)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116613812","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
