Yogyakarta has already had plans to build smart city concept. However, the local government has not conducted any factors identification whereas it is necessary to check the E-Readiness of Yogyakarta local government before making the smart city technology come true. The aim of this research is to identify factors which affect the readiness of local government in establishing smart city system. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model was used to analyze data from questionnaires given to local government staffs. The research method is built based on UTAUT model. There are 4 hypotheses created and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. From the hypotheses, it can be seen that 2 of 4 is accepted. It can concluded that Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy factors affect the readiness of local government significantly.","PeriodicalId":402234,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Orange Technologies (ICOT)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129754502","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to the advances of powerful feature representations, deep learning based methods are receiving increasing attention and getting acceptable classification results. As a representative of the deep learning methods, convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have shown their great ability in HSI classification tasks. However, the hyper-parameters of CNNs based HSI classification methods are often obtained through experience (e.g., the number of convolutional layers), and how to determine the number of convolutional layers (the model of convolutional layers connection) via data is seldom studied in existing CNNs based HSI classification methods. To deal with this problem, this paper proposes an effective approach to learn a structure of CNNs (e.g., a data-determined layers number of CNNs) in HSI classification tasks, where the CNNs structure can be learned via genetic algorithm (GA). With the learned adaptive CNNs structure can aquire better HSI classification result. Experimental results on two datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":402234,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Orange Technologies (ICOT)","volume":"189 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123324368","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data set is derived from tweets about E-Commerce in Tokopedia and Bukalapak. Text mining techniques, transform, tokenize, stem, classification, etc. are used to build classification and analysis of sentiment analysis. Rapidminer is also used to assist in making analysis sentiments for comparison by using three different classifications in the dataset with the Decision Tree, K-NN, and Naïve Bayes Classifier approaches to find the best accuracy. This paper uses a webcam to capture the image as a visual system input. Then, facial image is obtained through high-performance face detect neural network. Facial landmarks is used to correct the face. After that, we input facial image into the multi-person emotion recognition system. In order to improve the accuracy of emotion recognition, a hybrid emotion recognition is proposed based on Convolutional Neural Network. Taking facial points and facial image as input, training hybrid neural network to convergence and outputting five home common emotion, neutral, happy, surprise, sad and angry. The other hand, the Microsoft Azure API is used for age and gender recognition. Finally, the experimental result shows that the accuracy of emotion recognition is as high as 86.14%. In practical applications, the system can recognize the emotions, age and gender up to thousands of people at the same time.","PeriodicalId":402234,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Orange Technologies (ICOT)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126524684","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This task is very important. However, manual segmentation will cost a lot of time. The rise of computational pathology has led to the development of automatic methods for cancer area detection. In the automatic segmentation problem, a well-labeled dataset is the most important part. One of the main contributions of this paper is to establish a dataset contains 1388 patches (958 Normal and 430 Abnormal containing tumor cells), marked with cancer, all of which are manually labeled and supervised by professional pathologists. We test the currently popular networks on our dataset, such as DeeplabV3, FCN+ResNet, Unet and so on. This study develops learning applications that display solar system objects in 3D using Rapid Application Development (RAD) model as an interesting learning tool for elementary school students in Indonesia. The development of applications using RAD model can be three phases namely: planning requirements, RAD design workshop, and implementation. It facilitates students to learn material about the 3D solar system in sound explanations, and animations that display visions from three different sides, namely the arrangement of the solar system seen from the sun, above, and the back of the earth. The application also facilitated the quiz feature to find out students’ understanding of the solar system after using this application.","PeriodicalId":402234,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Orange Technologies (ICOT)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134482119","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, with the question answering tasks becoming more and more complex, for example, multi-fact question answering, and other dialog tasks, simple memory networks do not perform well on these problems because more interactions are required between memory and other modules. In this paper, a new memory network is proposed which combines the attention mechanism and the gated mechanism of the Gated End-to-End Memory Network, and achieves better results in complex question and answer tasks. Based on the End-to-End Memory Network, Gated End-to-End Memory Network uses the residual network and combines the output of the upper layer with the problem. This paper applies the attention mechanism to the Gated mechanism. The new method makes the distribution of attention in the memory network more accurate, which makes our experiment greatly be improved on the 20 bAbI-10k text question-answering dataset.
