Comparing the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education, Educational Standard of Moscow State University and the corresponding educational methodological documentation of China, the author analyzes the didactic possibilities of implementing individualized learning for graduate students from the aspects of training forms, learning programs of graduate students and auxiliary training requirements. The results show that both countries paid attention to the implementation of individualized learning, and these educational methodological documents provide a guarantee for universities to carry out individualized learning. The energy consumption of the nodes directly affects the network life cycle. Therefore, balancing the energy consumption in the network and extending the life cycle of the network are important goals in designing WSN routing protocol. LEACH protocol is a classic hierarchical routing protocol in WSN. The energy consumption is evenly distributed to each node through the rotation of the cluster head. However, the random selection of cluster heads does not consider the current energy and location of nodes, so the distribution of cluster heads is unreasonable. Furthermore, when the cluster head is far away from the sink node, the single-hop transmission method will quickly consume the energy of the cluster head nodes. In order to analyze the success probability of emergency evacuation of personnel in the fire accident scene of chemical enterprises, the fishbone diagram is used to qualitatively analyze the factors affecting the emergency evacuation of personnel. After that, the Bayesian network model is constructed, and the probability of successful emergency evacuation is quantitatively analyzed and calculated by using Netic. On this basis, the concept of dynamic Bayesian network is used to analyze the posterior probability of emergency evacuation. We also propose a description method of CPS integrated modeling framework based on extended AADL; and realize the unified description of the computing entity, the physical entity and interactive entity through extending the standard and appendix of AADL. On this basis, we use Z language to provide formal semantics for the framework, and describe the process of error propagation in detail. Michael","doi":"10.1145/3362125.3362130","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1145/3362125.3362130","url":null,"abstract":"Foreign accent automatic identification has a key role in many speech systems, such as speech recognition, speaker identification, voice conversion, and immigration screenings, etc. English speakers exhibit dialectal differences or non-native accents on specific features of their speech, and these features can be used to identify the dialect or native language of the speaker. In this paper, we proposed the consonant phoneme based Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) recognition model for accent identification based on the different pronunciation of English consonant phonemes by Arab native speakers. Mel-Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients (MFCCs) and the normalized energy parameter along with their first and second derivatives are used as acoustic features and trained with ELMs, SVMs and DBN classifiers. ELM classifier showed fast learning, and better performance, based on KFold validation with an accuracy of 88% and standard deviation (σ=0.0167), 76% by SVM and 64% with DBN classifier respectively. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the impact of corporate social networks on the innovation behavior of listed companies in China from the perspective of corporate social networks. Further, by dividing the corporate social network composed of directors, supervisors and senior executives, this paper explores the emphasis of information of different members of listed companies on innovation activities.The empirical results show that with the increase of the network of all directors, supervisors and senior executives, the investment in innovation of listed companies will increase. By dividing the network of different members of the company, this study finds that different members have different focuses on different aspects of innovation behavior: The increase in the social network of directors and executives will significantly boost the R&D intensity of listed companies; The social network of independent directors and supervisors has no significant impact on the company's innovative behavior.The research in this paper not only proves that the social network of an enterprise will change the innovation behavior of an enterprise, but also, for the first time, through the division of the social network of an enterprise, empirically proves that different members of the company have different emphasis on their innovation activities. However, engineering ethics awareness cannot be generated spontaneously. It needs to be cultivated and improved through engineering ethics education. Therefore, this paper designs a closed questionnaire from three aspects: school curriculum education, engineering ethics cognition and the application of ethical dilemma of driverless cars. The statistical data of the questionnaire shows that engineering masters do not pay enough attention to the engineering ethics curriculum and it is difficult to use the knowledge of engineering ethics to analyze and solve the actual ethical dilemmas. In addition, it is further found that there is a gap between professional masters and academic masters in the ethical awareness, and the reasons are related to the distribution of engineering ethics education courses offered by the school. The results show that the introduction of blockchain technology is shorter and the investment efficiency is declining.
