Then, the description method of CPS fusion model is studied. We also propose a description method of CPS integrated modeling framework based on extended AADL; and realize the unified description of the computing entity, the physical entity and interactive entity through extending the standard and appendix of AADL. On this basis, we use Z language to provide formal semantics for the framework, and describe the process of error propagation in detail. Abstract
