Abstract

In the article, the author defines the concept of "individualized learning", analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of individualized learning. Comparing the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education, Educational Standard of Moscow State University and the corresponding educational methodological documentation of China, the author analyzes the didactic possibilities of implementing individualized learning for graduate students from the aspects of training forms, learning programs of graduate students and auxiliary training requirements. The results show that both countries paid attention to the implementation of individualized learning, and these educational methodological documents provide a guarantee for universities to carry out individualized learning. Analyzing the methods of individualized learning for cultivating graduate students, proposed by Russian and Chinese scholars, the author summarizes the common features of the implementation of individualized learning in universities of the two countries.
中俄研究生实施个性化学习的教育方法文献与教学可能性比较分析
本文对“个性化学习”的概念进行了界定,分析了个性化学习的利弊。对比《联邦高等教育国家教育标准》、《莫斯科国立大学教育标准》和中国相应的教育方法文献,从培养形式、研究生学习计划和辅助培养要求等方面分析了研究生实施个性化学习的教学可能性。结果表明,两国都重视个性化学习的实施,这些教育方法论文件为高校开展个性化学习提供了保障。通过对中俄学者提出的研究生个性化学习培养方法的分析,总结出两国大学实施个性化学习的共同特点。
