User's experience plays a critical role in the popularity of an app. The slow running and more resource consumption in Android apps will make the user experience poor. Thus analysis and evaluation of the performance of Android apps are very important. In this paper, we propose an app performance detection framework based on dynamic analysis of function call graphs. We can measure some core indicators of an app with obtaining logs and drawing dynamic call graphs. In the experiment, we opened a URL with various browser APKs as an example to show the effect of our method.","PeriodicalId":399643,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st World Symposium on Software Engineering","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121782980","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Security and privacy are critical issues and need to be addressed for effective VANET systems. In this paper, we propose an efficient conditional privacy-Preserving authentication scheme based on a group secret key. Many VANETs schemes have utilized a group signature to realize the identity-less authentication, but the existing schemes suffering from long and high computational procedures, especially in the Certificate Revocation List (CRL) verification process, and group management complexity issues. As a result, they cannot satisfy the VANETs efficiency requirements. On another hand, many pseudonym-ID based VANETs schemes utilized a system key signature, but those schemes suffering from communication overhead increasing which could be caused by the increasing of the revocation list, in addition to that, and any damage in the key will cause damage for the entire system. In our scheme, we use a permanent vehicle pseudonym-ID and temporary group secret key that offers a lightweight verification and authentication process for a secure and efficient VANET system.","PeriodicalId":399643,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st World Symposium on Software Engineering","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114968628","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Previous research defines and proposes various architecture smells and each one affects software quality in different aspects. Architecture refactoring is a process that removes an architecture smell and improves quality of system without any changes in system behavior. However, removing one of the architecture smells may cause creating of another smell in the system which directly affects software quality. This research proposes a refactoring approach for Too Large Packages smell which is one of the architecture smells by using community detection in extracting process. This process uses for extracting the package which is identified as Too Large Packages smell into small ones and avoids additional impacts from newly appeared dependency-based architecture smells by focusing on Unstable Dependency smell. The proposed approach provides feasible solution to resolve impact from Too Large Packages smell which can be evaluated by comparing number of detected architecture smells and software metrics of before and after refactoring process.","PeriodicalId":399643,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st World Symposium on Software Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121452772","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
