The latter was largely promoted by the newspaper Pravda, the most popular newspaper of the USSR times. The article analyzes the information that the newspaper gave in the early 1960’s about the decolonization of the East African countries - Kenya, Uganda, Tanganyika and Zanzibar. The Soviet reader was informed about these countries in a very general way, as well as about their leaders of decolonization in them and the declaration of independence. The problems faced by the young states - economic, political, ethnic, social - were also shown, and they were explained as the heavy heritage of colonialism. The establishment of diplomatic relations of the USSR with new states and the desire for mutual friendship was emphasized almost immediately in all cases. The authors consider the possibility of usage monitoring indicators based on solutions of PMPC. It’s also shown many important factors of successful inclusion - parent’s settings and, especially, teachers attitudes, their previous experience, motivation, professional work skills, communication, children’s with disabilities well-being, sociometric status, manifestation of bulling in inclusive classes. The main result of the experimental results obtained is the substantiation of a positive solution to this issue and the proof that additional procedural content is generated in the process of metathinking. The specific means underlying this are considered and interpreted. The press focused on the assessments of the German political leadership, actively publishing statements by German politicians about Croatia’s readiness to join the community and prospects for the development of economic cooperation between Germany and Croatia. Cicero must mean the words which concerned Antonius’ plans for 43 BCE, when his consulate would end and he would become a proconsul. The episode can be approached as part of a broader analysis of promagistrates’ intervention in the political processes in the city of Rome (the sphere domi). Cicero’s insinuations are not entirely unfounded, even if, in reality, Antonius never intended to enter the city as a proconsul. It is revealed that the socio-psychological characteristics of the volunteers of the two studied generations have predominantly invariant characteristics. Other problems are also stated that are discussed in the teaching community, but not solved at the state level. Parallels are drawn and a close connection is seen between the quality of duty in the field of education and the denial of such in the field of the family, family education. The necessity of introducing the construction of obligation into the family law is stated. Among the significant prerequisites for this decision, a special place is occupied by constitutional amendments on the goals and objectives of raising children. It is argued that their implementation will play a good role in the process of forming the legal consciousness of a modern Russian student.
