The authors, in general, consider novelties of criminal legislation for the last year - in the period from February 24, 2022 to February 24, 2023. In many respects, the noted changes relate to issues of criminal law protection of military, public and state security, ensuring the effective implementation of state defense orders, saving military property, carrying out military and guard duty. It is noted that in some cases, a hasty criminal-legal response to the appearance and expansion of negative manifestations in the conditions of a special military operation leads to failures and contradictions in regulatory design and to further difficulties in law enforcement practice. Keynes. The article analyzes the channels for the formation of the scientist’s legal views related to his education, state and scientific activities. It has been established that Keynes’s main merit is the definition of the sphere of state regulation of economic relations, and the legal instruments should be different in the event of an economic upsurge or recession. However, in any case, the focus is on ensuring effective employment, which is impossible without active legal support. Among the conclusions of the scientist, a special place is occupied by questions about the role of the state, the state apparatus and civil servants in solving socio-economic problems, interaction between the state and business, especially in a crisis state of the economy. The North Caucasian reformers-enlighteners (renovationists) faced the task of adapting the Shafi’i legal system to Russian reality. Having set the task of building a new society and educating a new person, as well as understanding the importance and relevance of legal issues for the formation of the internal image and worldview of an ordinary Muslim, the North Caucasian reformers-educators in their writings and through the organs of the reformist periodical press conducted extensive educational work to clarify issues of Islamic law. As the main results, we received an aesthetic preference for the directions of realism and impressionism by most of the subjects. Aesthetic experience can be described in the categories of rational and emotional. The aesthetic evaluation of paintings is dominated by rational categories. Reflections are offered on the relationship between the right to dispose of one’s life and health and the obligation to preserve health. The emergence of a new group of social minorities is stated - the elderly and citizens with health restrictions (disability), who were most of all subjected to restrictions in their livelihoods. Criteria are proposed that legal restrictions must meet in a pandemic. Assumptions and conclusions are illustrated by examples. The author analyzes the objective and subjective signs of these elements of the crime. Based on the analysis of bribery and provocation of a bribe, the signs of difference and similarity of these crimes are highlighted. The author concludes that the differentiation of the studied elements of crimes is based on the differences in their objective and subjective characteristics. However, the author points out that when qualifying a criminal act with the external similarity of the crimes under consideration by the law enforcement officer, the key attention should be paid to the distinctive features contained in the subjective side of these acts. In order to properly qualify criminally punishable acts containing signs of provocation of a bribe, the author recommends making appropriate amendments to the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation No. 24 of July 9, 2013 \"On Judicial practice in cases of bribery and other corruption crimes\".","PeriodicalId":396792,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Yaroslavskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta im. The first trend goes back to the Soviet ideological settings, due to which the housing cooperation is considered only from the formal-legal side. In the 1940s and 1990s, no serious research on cooperation emerged. The second one is regional studies, which started to develop in early 2000s and extends the source base by means of archives’ materials, however it doesn’t allow to form concrete and historical view of the problem.
