The domestic historical experience of codification through the prism of differentiation is investigated. Trends in the differentiation of legal regulation of labor relations in the modern period are analyzed. The shortcomings of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation in terms of labor regulation of certain categories of employees are shown, options for solving this problem are considered. The need for differentiation in a codified act of labor law is due to the nature of labor in certain areas, as well as the special concern of the state for certain groups of employees. The Code is the main sectoral act, it must contain special norms in order to meet the requirements of completeness and consistency. In the four Russian labor codes, the issue of differentiation was resolved in different ways. With each new codification, the legislator, relying on the experience gained, approached this issue more consistently, while there was also a «field» for criticism. The task of optimal construction of special labor and legal norms is also relevant for the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, in modern conditions the relevance increases due to the increase in atypical employment. It is important, retaining in the codified act a special chapter on the features of labor, to establish uniform approaches to its regulation in relation to the main professional groups and spheres. At the same time, it is inappropriate to reflect in the code the features of labor affecting the specialization of a particular profession, turning the act of codification into a collection of instructions. The legislator should also consider the issue of consolidation in art. 2 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, devoted to the principles of legal regulation of labor relations, the principle of differentiation.","PeriodicalId":396792,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Yaroslavskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta im. The target for ‘Latinizers’ were, among others, the Cyrillic alphabets used in the country. The intentions of the ‘Latinizers’ were based on the general attitudes of the ‘hyperinternationalist’ policy of the first decade of Soviet power. At the same time, the argument for why the Cyrillic alphabet should be changed to the Latin alphabet was weak. The practice of Latinization of the written language of different peoples had similar and special features. Despite the statements of the ‘Latinizers’ about the ‘universal support’ for Latinization, resistance to this initiative was revealed among the public and even government structures. The main and decisive factor of resistance was the harsh negative reaction of the USSR leadership to the activities of Romanization of the Russian alphabet. Despite all the efforts of the ‘Latinizers’, many peoples who used the Cyrillic alphabet did not switch to the Latin alphabet. Korpusov","doi":"10.18255/1996-5648-2024-1-104-111","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18255/1996-5648-2024-1-104-111","url":null,"abstract":"The article deals with the genesis of domestic criminal legislation on liability for distortion of accounting register information about legal entities and securities (Art. 1701 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The relevance of the topic is due to the lack of scientific research in the field of the noted encroachment. The main task is to search for and study criminal-legal norms ensuring the reliability of the mentioned information. Based on formal-legal and historical-legal methods of research it is concluded that the required criminal-legal norms in the pre-revolutionary period were absent, and there was a gap in the part of protection of the reliability of the register of securities owners, which was not filled until 2010. For the first time since the introduction of the registration of organizations in the Soviet period the submission of inaccurate information for this purpose was considered a crime (Art. 90, 226b of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR of 1922, Art. 187 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR of 1926). At the present stage of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation initially prohibited only the submission of false or distorted information, preventing fictitious registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of business entities (part 1 of Art. 171), and only since the middle of 2010 (with an addition in 2018) and to this day the reliability of information of the accounting system of the securities market and registration data on all legal entities in the country has been put under the protection of the criminal law against falsification and distortion (Art.1701).","PeriodicalId":396792,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Yaroslavskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta im. The authors, in general, note that the situation has not changed significantly even ten years after the legislator adopted the first attempt to improve the norms aimed at combating the illegal influence on the result of sports competitions. Among the reasons for the latency of crimes, the authors attributed the closeness of the sports system and the peculiarities of the relationships between its participants; shortcomings of the blank legislation; lack of initiative on the part of law enforcement agencies. The inconsistency of legislative decisions in terms of strengthening the repressive potential of criminal law and blanket legislation and the simultaneous legalization of a closed procedure for the consideration of disputes in sports is noted. In addition, the authors note ambiguous approaches to the identification, suppression and investigation of the investigated encroachments by the criminal justice authorities, explore regulatory options for improving the norm of unlawful influence on the results of sports competitions, analyze issues of countering other corrupt manifestations in the field of sports functioning.","PeriodicalId":396792,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Yaroslavskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta im.
