Abstract

The concept of job satisfaction is analyzed, approaches to its measurement are described. The significance of the lack of job security as a parameter that reduces satisfaction of various aspects of job is substantiated. Data are given on the components of job that have the greatest significance for today’s young workers. Differences are found in the job satisfaction`s components, as well as levels of job satisfaction in groups of male and female workers.
工作不稳定背景下青年员工的工作满意度
