It is stated that the level of social adjustment at a university is most reduced in the first year, which is the initial stage of entering the university environment. A decrease of the level of academic component of university adjustment was revealed in the second year of study. Ivanovskaya","doi":"10.18255/1996-5648-2024-1-88-95","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18255/1996-5648-2024-1-88-95","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the study of the theoretical views of scientists and practical approaches of Vietnamese courts to determining the conditions for compensation of additional expenses associated with causing harm to health by the owner of a source of increased danger (SID). For this purpose, the authors set the following tasks: to study the opinion of Vietnamese civil experts on this issue, to analyze the positions of the courts when resolving cases related to the imposition of the obligation to reimburse the costs in question on the owner of the SID. The results of the study show that in Vietnam, when determining the conditions for compensation of additional costs resulting from injury to health by а SID, there are two different points of view between civil scholars and the courts. According to Vietnamese scientists, additional expenses should be reimbursed if they were incurred as prescribed by a doctor, however, in practice, the courts express their position that additional expenses are reimbursed by the owner of the SID to the victim under two conditions, that he needs appropriate types of assistance and does not have the right to receive them free of charge. The authors support the position of the courts and substantiate the opinion that in the event of harm to health, additional expenses are subject to reimbursement by the owner of the SID, if it is established that the victim needs these types of assistance and does not have the right to claim them free of charge.","PeriodicalId":396792,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Yaroslavskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta im. The authors analyzed the legislation (primarily the decrees of the Synod) on the maintenance of metric books, as well as metrics themselves. Trends in the development of forms and content of status acts in pre-revolutionary Russia, their features, errors in the implementation of registration activities in church parishes are revealed. Assumptions are made about the causes of shortcomings and errors, which mainly consisted in a negligent attitude on the part of the law enforcement officer to the relevant duties, as well as poor-quality legal regulation of the registration of state acts. The significance of metric books for the emergence or termination of rights and obligations is revealed. Ozhiganova","doi":"10.18255/1996-5648-2023-4-604-611","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18255/1996-5648-2023-4-604-611","url":null,"abstract":"The article reflects the results of studying the relationship of the spiritual and moral aspects: spiritual and moral qualities, altruism, striving for meaning (as sub-components of the moral component of spiritual capacities) with reflexivity (considered as a sub-component of the mental component of spiritual capacities). It is noted that there are different types of reflection: productive and unproductive. The purpose of the study is to find out whether there is a connection between aspects of the spiritual and moral sphere with reflexivity (its different types). On the basis of a sample of 274 people, a significant positive relationship of the aspects of spiritual and moral sphere of personality with a productive type of reflection (systemic reflection) was established and a significant negative connection or lack of connection with unproductive types of reflection (introspection and quasi-reflection) was found, which makes it possible to identify the sub-component of the mental component of spiritual abilities \"reflexivity\" with productive (systemic) reflection.","PeriodicalId":396792,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Yaroslavskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta im. The results of the empirical study illustrating the presence of gender differences in the experience and perception of intimacy in a couple due to subjective perceptions and personality characteristics of partners. The mechanisms of intimacy formation in the dynamic aspect (before, during and after the crisis) are highlighted.
