It utilized descriptive method of research to gather data from 357 educators in Batangas Province. The study used inferential and descriptive statistics for data analysis. Majority of the respondents were 21 to 40 years old, female, married with units in master’s degree. They strongly agreed that education sector has great role in educating the community people with a weighted mean of 3.60. They agreed to stay tuned to local radio and television and cooperate in the advocacy on climate change with a weighted mean of 3.61 and 3.54, respectively. There is no significant difference in the educators’ assessment on their responsiveness to climate change. There is a significant relationship between the respondents’ perception about climate change and environmental concerns. The mitigating plan may be presented first to the concerned authority in the Department of Education for their review and suggestions.","PeriodicalId":394577,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Creative Economics, Tourism and Information Management","volume":"110 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130060822","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method used is descriptive qualitative approach, by using naturalistic models that researchers act as key instruments. In addition to the FGD, data collection was through observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis is based on gender sensitivity, includes: activity profile, access and control profile, analysis of supporting factors and inhibiting factors for women’s participation in the management of tourist villages. The result obtained is that there are indications of the still low participation of women in the management of tourist villages in the research locations. Women’s participation is still limited to providing food. Nevertheless there is a desire to play a further role in the development of the Ecotourism Village in Pampang, not just limited to taking care of","PeriodicalId":394577,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Creative Economics, Tourism and Information Management","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127859757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there are problems of incapabilities in improving the quality and quantity of the required system in order to be a comprehensive assessment process to achieve satisfactory results. The solutions for these problems are by improving governance on the system being run. The Khan framework, the EDM domain (evaluate, direct, monitor) contained in the COBIT 5 and ISO / IEC 38500 frameworks make a whole new framework by combining components in each framework. The existing dimensions and domains can be adapted according to the needs of e-Learning governance to improve performance as a support for the readiness of the learning process in the e-Learning system in Higher Education, especially in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":394577,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Creative Economics, Tourism and Information Management","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133716173","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem comprises optimizing weekly scheduling by assigning offered courses to classrooms and time-periods. The model accommodates resource utilization of classroom occupation and the limited cost by given two objective functions of minimizing loss cost of an empty seat and minimizing the cost to open the course. The proposed model also satisfies the solutions that meet the lecturers time preference, thereby produce the applied schedule for the lecturers. In terms of response time and quality, the model outperformed manual alternatives to accommodate minimizing cost resources. The proposed model test using private university data in Taiwan. The computational results are favourable and interactive using CPLEX 12.9 solver builds on AMPL.","PeriodicalId":394577,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Creative Economics, Tourism and Information Management","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113956343","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
