The method used is descriptive qualitative approach, by using naturalistic models that researchers act as key instruments. In addition to the FGD, data collection was through observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis is based on gender sensitivity, includes: activity profile, access and control profile, analysis of supporting factors and inhibiting factors for women’s participation in the management of tourist villages. The result obtained is that there are indications of the still low participation of women in the management of tourist villages in the research locations. Women’s participation is still limited to providing food.
