The research applied correlational surveys using the Neuroresearch method and explanatory study as the research methodology. Research results show that the most decisive indicator of knowledge management behavior is knowledge-based learning. 摘要

知识成为知识时代的竞争资源。在此基础上,有必要更新和加强组织中的人力资本,使其成为具有独特性和稀有性的无形企业资源。本研究的目的是找出能够支持组织知识管理以实现组织可持续性的个体知识活动。本研究采用神经研究方法和解释研究相结合的相关调查方法。研究结果表明,知识管理行为最具决定性的指标是知识学习。这意味着基于知识的学习可以成为预测员工知识管理行为的最主要指标。
