The study sets out on a historical expedition, following the doctrine's origins to the colonial era, when British constitutionalism profoundly influenced Indian legal philosophy. Beyond historical forebears, the investigation includes a thorough examination of the doctrine's development within the context of the Indian Constitution. According to the theory of "colorable legislation," the government may enact laws while pretending to have authority in order to give the false impression of compliance while departing from the truth. The purpose of the paper is to outline constitutional provisions, examine significant rulings from the judiciary, and evaluate the doctrine's implementation in significant cases. The historical background section describes how the concept developed during the colonial era in response to laws that attempted to go beyond the bounds of the constitution. \u0000The section on ‘Constitutional Framework’ explores the specific clauses included in the Indian Constitution, highlighting the importance of the division of powers, the careful balance between the Union and the States, and the judiciary's watchdog role in ensuring that legislative activities stay within the bounds of the constitution. The section on the ‘Genesis of Colorable Legislation’ delves into the complex layers of this concept, highlighting essential ideas such legislative intent, prioritizing substance over form, and recognizing the limits of legislative authority. Concerns concerning judicial overreach and the subjective nature of interpreting legislative intent are acknowledged in the ‘Challenges and Criticisms’ section. The research explores how the theory maintains a delicate balance and proposes clearer criteria to improve objectivity in judgments. \u0000The analysis is summarized in the conclusion, which emphasizes that the doctrine of colorable legislation is a dynamic force that is reshaping India's constitution rather than merely being a historical artifact. It acts as an everlasting check on legislative overreach by making sure that laws are passed in accordance with the values stated in the Indian Constitution. The doctrine's \u0000continued applicability highlights its significance as a pillar of Indian constitutional jurisprudence and a significant contributor to the nation's constitutional government.

This issue is \u0000compounded by factors such as limited awareness, time constraints, and inadequate reporting \u0000methods. To address this, a study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the \u0000collaborative intervention program (MedAlisto) with FDA-CDRR for ADE reporting among \u0000community pharmacies in Davao City. The study implemented a QR code system \u0000disseminated through standees, cards, and stickers across fourteen local community \u0000pharmacies. Researchers used a one-group posttest case study design and an adopted \u0000questionnaire to collect data. Statistical analyses were performed due to non-normal data \u0000distribution, including mean, Spearman rho, and Kruskal-Wallis test. Findings revealed high \u0000awareness (SD = 1.01) and moderate levels of diffidence (SD = 0.44), convenience (SD = \u00000.44), apprehension (SD = 0.48) , dependency (SD = 0.38), repeatability (SD = 0.41) , and \u0000liability (SD = 0.44) of consumers towards the intervention. Increased awareness and usage \u0000of cards and standees correlated with higher repeatability and liability, while stickers mainly \u0000enhanced convenience. Convenience (p= 0.012) was perceived as leading to increased \u0000apprehension (p=0.369) and dependency (p=0.100) across all tools except for diffidence, \u0000which was not linked to stickers. Dependency (p= 0.100) on standees and stickers contributed \u0000to higher convenience (p=0.012) and repeatability (p=0.136), while liability appeared \u0000independent in sticker usage. Users demonstrated similar levels of awareness (p=0.756), \u0000diffidence (p=0.311), apprehension (p=0.369), dependency (p=0.100), and repeatability (p= \u00000.136) regardless of the intervention. However, sticker users found the system more \u0000convenient, while standee users felt more liable for using it. While the effectiveness of \u0000interventions in influencing user behavior did not significantly vary, prioritizing sticker \u0000interventions to enhance user experience and encourage system usage may be beneficial. \u0000Efforts to address perceived liability among standee users should be explored to improve \u0000overall user satisfaction and engagement with the system.

On the other hand, the difference between them is considered as a barrier, because they do not share common linguistic features (Punchihetti, 2007). Since French is a foreign language in Tanzania, and most Tanzanians learn it after having mastered Kiswahili (mother tongue) and secondly, English (medium of instruction for tertiary levels). It is very logical to hypothesize that learners are con-fronted with new French aspects, different from their prior languages. According to the National Council of Examinations reports of 2019 to 2022 in Tanzania (NECTA), the majority of high school candidates do not entirely comprehend French past tense questions. Regarding this re-port, we aimed at looking into the learning and teaching of French past tense (passé composé). Since languages are not very similar, this descriptive study describes how the learners deal with the new French language aspects, different from the languages they have known e.g. Kiswahili. The research answers the questions, what are the challenging aspects of French past tense for learners whose mother tongue is Kiswahili? And how these learners deal with them. The study is guided by the two theories, namely; inter-language and contrastive analysis. We collected data from high school students from Milambo and Korogwe high schools in Tanzania. The questionnaire and tests were used as instruments to obtain data. Lastly, stratified random sampling technique was helpful in findings. We finally give recommendations for the sake of improving learning and teaching French as a foreign language in Tanzania.

During serve seismic events, the dynamic response of the structure is affected not only by the behavior of the superstructure but also by the nature and behavior of the soil present in and around the substructure. The steel structure design process usually assumes the base of the foundation to be completely restrained in a fixed base condition. In the present project the influence of soil structure interaction on the seismic performance of a steel space frame on different soil has been investigated. The multi-story steel building (G+7) with column to column spacing distance 5m and six number of columns having both X and Y direction of the structure, is designed to withstand self-weight and seismic loads. The study also examined the impact of earthquake loading on the steel structure with soil structure interaction using Response Spectrum Method and Time History Method for seismic zone III, with forces determined using IS 1893 (Part-3):2015. The study measured the displacement of steel structure with influences of soil under seismic forces. Comparison of seismic performance like maximum storey displacement, maximum storey drift and base shear along with soil structure interaction under different types of soil are presented in this project.
