This study constructed a mediation model to examine whether generativity mediated the relation between job burnout and generativity concern. Based on cluster sampling, 415 white-collar workers in Guangxi province were recruited to participate in this study, and Maslach burnout inventory, Loyola generativity scale were adopted. In the proposed application, each student would login in distance education platform by the unique QR code which is generated by the platform. The generated QR code would be updated each time when finishing the courses and the new one will assign to each student to replace the old one. The QR code records the information of each student, for example, name, student ID, course grade, learning progress, links to web course and so on. When scanning the QR code of each student, the education platform would get the key information of different students so that it can assign different learning courses according to grade and learning progress of each student. In this way, each student would only provide the generated QR code, which does not need to remember the account, password, learning progress and so on, the distance education platform will assign different learning courses according the information of QR code automatically. Through logistic regression model analysis, the main factors influencing college students’ willingness to participate in community volunteer service are gender, household registration type, whether or not the only child, the number of previous participating times, activity organization form and evaluation of community volunteer service. In this paper, an improved curriculum evaluation approach would be developed based on the well-known educational philosophy of outcome-based education (OBE). The course of mechanical design was used as the research object of curriculum evaluation, as it is one of the important technical foundation courses for engineering students. Both the establishing and the implementing guidelines of the developed curriculum evaluation approach are addressed and discussed. By comparing the outstanding experiences of Chengdu, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou and other Shuangchuang Ten Cities in innovation and entrepreneurship, combined with the actual situation of Aba, explore the policy implications for the local construction of the space.
