Abstract

Focusing on strengthening teaching management, we should constantly improve the standardization, scientific and refined level of teaching management in Vocational colleges, and upgrade the modernization of school management ability. Taking Xi'an Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College as an example, in accordance with the requirements of docking aviation industry, the College has constructed a professional chain system for docking aviation industry chain development. Through standardizing management, refining system and optimizing process, the efficiency of teaching operation is improved, the level of education and teaching management is improved, and the high-quality development of education is promoted.
