The feature of the proposed measuring setup is the implementation of all algorithms of digital processing and signal synthesis in the basis of one statically-configured FPGA EP4CE15E22C8. The digital 48-bit frequency synthesizer provides the formation of carrier frequency oscillations, which fill of the excitation pulses in the NQR frequencies range 1 –50 MHz (isotopes 14N, 69Ga, 71Ga, 113In, 115In, and others). They show that inclusion only the electromagnetic properties for designing the optoelectronic devices is not satisfying. For this reason, designing process of the optimal (from the acousto-optic point of view) construction of the modulator with RF transducer should include two stages. The first stage has to be based on the acousto-optic requirements. Conventional methods for estimating the Hurst exponent are inapplicable to such processes because of the heavy tails. The method of fractional moments makes it possible to estimate Hurst exponent both for heavy-tailed processes and for processes with long-range dependence. The obtained estimate is simple in software implementation and applicable according to numerical results.
