To neutralize them, complex UAV protection systems are created, which include passive and active measuring systems. As a passive system, a wireless sensor network is used, which allows to determine location of UAV with high accuracy based on TDOA measurements. However, in real conditions, abnormal (rough) measurement results may appear that lead to divergence of Kalman filtering algorithms for UAV movement parameters.On the basis of a mathematical apparatus of the mixed Markov processes in discrete time, a quasi-optimal algorithm of adaptive estimation of UAV movement parameters based on the TDOA-measurement of the sensor network in the presence of abnormal measurement errors was synthesized. And this requires a reliable infrastructure both in the data center and on the periphery. The essence of technologies of peripheral calculations consists that primary processing of the data is transferred as close as possible to a source of their occurrence. In this case, along with the central cloud data center, compact computing nodes are created that minimize network traffic and reduce delays in data transmission. The future mobile network architecture with implementation of edge computing (EC) and cloud computing (СС) is proposed. This architecture is especially important for improve quality of services by reducing delay. In this article, we will take a fresh look at the concept of cloud and edge computing and propose an approach to solving the problems associated with ensuring low delay for mission critical applications. In this case, the uncertainty is defined like unknown total number of patients, of the initial number of medical features and diagnoses that can be changed during diagnostic process, the data need to be processed sequentially in online-mode (Data Stream processing). Information technology consists of three modules: controlled learning module (Data Stream consists of sufficient number of marked samples – representative dataset), active learning module (Data Stream consists of a few number of marked samples – unrepresentative dataset) and self-learning module (Data Stream consists of only unmarked samples). The first goal is to design a simulation model of the network infrastructure using IaC concept to show the benefits of using in comparison with manual actions needed to deploy the system in case of complex cloud systems. The second goal is to analyze the behavior of virtual machines within a deployed virtual network in terms of CPU utilization. Altunin","doi":"10.1109/TCSET49122.2020.235538","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/TCSET49122.2020.235538","url":null,"abstract":"This paper considers a method of improvement the noise immunity of the phase-locked loops (PLL), which are an integral part of modern radio receivers and ensure the operability of these receivers. The methods of the research were simulation and full-scale experiments. The results of the simulation show the possibility of reducing the noise threshold of the PLL by 1.5-2 dB in case when input signal is a mixture of noise and digital radio signals with modern types of modulation. For the full-scale experiment the authors used the binary and quadrature phase-shift keying (BPSK, QPSK) signal generator (developed on DDS technology) on the PSoC 4 platform, as well as a demodulator based on an enhanced PLL, developed on the Xilinx field-programmable gate array (FPGA) platform. The anisotropy of this effect was analyzed for the case of lead germanate Pb5Ge3O11 crystal (point group 3). The maximal values of the electro-optic effect and the optimal conditions of electro-optic interaction were determined.
