First, it is the unmanned aerial vehicle pilot, the one who directly controls the flight. Secondly, the operator of the onboard objectives. He works with sensor systems of various spectral ranges – they serve to monitor the battlefield, search, detect and identify the objects of interest. The same operator makes the decision on aiming and launching weapons. Third, an intellectual support operator with experience in controlling unmanned aerial vehicles, who is competent in the technology of expert systems to assist the pilot and possesses a quick decision-making response.Since the errors related to the operator’s reliability can lead to the loss of unmanned aerial vehicle, we advise conducting a professional psycho-physiological selection of unmanned aviation systems personnel. Success in a real-world environment is impossible without good preparation. Therefore, the definition and prognosis of the candidate’s psycho-physiological state, his ability to the assimilation of necessary knowledge and skills are of great practical importance. Thus, the selection should be made not based on a static assessment of the candidate’s general and professional properties, but also on the basis of revealing the dynamics of development of a certain attribute and its tendency to improve during training and professional activity. The actuality of this theme is caused by highly aggressive conditions, which are present in mine shafts. Sooner or later these conditions significantly change the design parameters of reinforcement of shafts and especially the parameters of the system \"hoist – runners\". This situation is the consequence of the load on the runners by multiple cyclic movements of hoists, pressure on the shaft, intensive corrosion of the reinforcement. All of these phenomena in the complex may disrupt of linearity track movement of hoists in the shaft. The most dangerous consequences called \"Parametric resonance\" in the process of shifting the hoist along with the runner. The phenomenon of parametric resonance is capable within 1-3 seconds to disable reinforcement of the shaft and the hoist. Their restoration is an extremely difficult and timeconsuming process as it requires a full stop of work of the hoisting system of the mine for a long time and considerable expenditure of money and time to repair the reinforcement. We suggest using GRU recurrent neural networks, as they provide a rapid response to changes in the environment, which is often case in the wireless networks. It is also proposed to use a three-tier model to integrate artificial intelligence into the mobile network, which will effectively increase the amount of useful information transmitted on the channel and reduce service information, due to the fact that on each device containing a block with a neural network all personal and sensitive information will be processed locally, and only the results of neural networks will be sent to the main Knowledge Base server, which will only be suitable for further processing by the neural m network. Traditional signature-based anti-virus systems are not able to detect metamorphic and previously unseen malwares and it inspires people to use machine learning methods such as Naive Bayes and Decision Tree to identity malicious executables. Among these methods, detecting malwares by using Support Vector Machine (SVM) is one of the most effective approaches. However, the parameters of SVM have serious impacts on its classification performance. In order to find the optimal parameter combination and avoid the problem of falling into local optimal solution, many methods based on evolutionary algorithms are proposed, including Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Genetic Algorithm (GA), Differential Evolution (DE) and others. But these algorithms still face the problem of being trapped into local solution spaces in different degree. In this paper, an improved fireworks algorithm is presented and applied to search parameters of SVM: penalty factor c and kernel function parameter g. We determine optimal performance modes of the phase automatic adjustment of generator frequencies, which ensures formation of a reference signal of MTPSS. Wi-Fi is one of the main types of wireless communication used by many electronic devices such as laptops, smart phones and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Using Wi-Fi infrastructure to provide quality multimedia services and deploying IoT services requires new approaches to network resource management. The method of adaptive size formation of a Wi-Fi network cell in the corporate infrastructure is proposed. The idea of the method is to adapt the size of a Wi-Fi cell coverage depending on the QoS requirements and load localization under conditions of insufficient bandwidth resources for network users and IoT devices. This method is implemented by writing a script file on the Cisco 5508 Wi-Fi controller that makes informed decisions on changing the cell coverage size in a centralized manner.
