Abstract

In this paper we consider the questions of increasing productivity and reliability of computer-integrated system that diagnoses time synchronization means at the SMART-Grid power objects by using intelligent control principles and digital blocks for measuring time parameters of synchronization signals (MTPSS). We determine optimal performance modes of the phase automatic adjustment of generator frequencies, which ensures formation of a reference signal of MTPSS. It is proposed to use an original technical solution implemented on the basis of an adaptive digital phase discriminator to provide optimal performance transient processes in a block for generating the reference signal.
