It refers to food products online, fast food in Osteria restaurants, and Burger King. The participants of this study are in total of 310 samples and used questionnaire to collect the data. Also, this study used mediation analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 version tools. The result of this research revealed positive and significant relationships between food quality and customers’ satisfaction. On the other hand, there is significantly mediation effect of customer’s satisfaction and trust, on food quality and purchasing intentions online for fast food in Osteria restaurant and Burger King. The study was conducted at Timor-Telecom company in Dili, Timor-Leste, with a total of 399 participants, and SMART-PLS 3.0 was used to test the hypotheses. The findings of this study reveal that product quality, service quality, and corporate image have a positive and significant influence on purchase decision. Product and service quality also positively influence corporate image. Also, the objective of this study is to create a prototype of Timor's coffee instant based on the client's perception (2). The population of this study is the coffee lover clients, and the undefined sample of the clients was used as simple random sampling, which is 384 participants, and the key informants are 12 informants. This study applies a mix-method study of qualitative and quantitative study. The data collection method conducted observation, in-depth interviews, and surveys using questionnaires, and the data analysis used narrative and descriptive analysis. The result of this study is that most of the informants mentioned that the good quality of coffee is arabica coffee. They mostly agreed with the coffee diversification to enhance the value of Timor-Leste coffee. Also, the good quality of coffee starts from harvesting, fermentation, roasting, and preparing the coffee. Furthermore, regarding the clients' perceptions, 86% of clients agree with the diversification of Timor-Leste's coffee to be competed in the marketing, 65% strongly agree with drinking original Timor-Leste coffee. Moreover, 57% is clients' perception regarding Timor-Leste coffee instant and herbal (ginger and cinnamon) and 87% strongly agree that this diversification could increase the coffees’ farmer income. Moreover, the results of the prototype coffee of this study are Herbal drip original coffee mix with ginger and cinnamon, Timor-Leste coffee 2in1 and 3in1, and Timor-Leste coffee capsule (ginger and cinnamon). The benefit of this study is for clients to consume Timor-Leste's coffee instant, and thus, the reduction of importing coffee instant to Timor-Leste. The study develops 10 hypotheses that propose direct relationships between product trust, perceived value, price fairness, customer satisfaction, and purchasing decision. Additionally, the study proposes a mediating role for customer satisfaction in the relationships between the other variables. The study collected data from 178 randomly selected Telkomcel customers in Timor-Leste through a survey. Smart-PLS was used to assess the validity, reliability, and test the hypotheses. The results strongly support all the hypotheses, highlighting the importance of product trust, perceived value, and price fairness in shaping customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. The objective is to comparatively analyze the integration of strategic environments in the retail sector of these two retailers from the perspective of innovation management, specifically to describe the innovations implemented, analyzed and compared from the perspective of Innovation Management and Strategic Management. A small nominal value of the dollar pushed the price in the market becomes more expensive. Coupled with the community of Dili, Timor-Leste that the behavior of consumption is very high because it always gives more priority to their culture. Saving behavior of Timorese people affect by three factors: the low price (using U.S dollar), income and culture. Therefore, this research aims to identified the effect of dollarization on consumption behavior and saving behavior of permanent civil servants in Dili, Timor-Leste.  We use 315 samples in our research and the data collection through questionnaires. SMART-PLS 3.0 was used to test hypothesis. The result showed that dollarization has the positive and significant effect on the consumption behavior of permanent civil servants in Dili, Timor-Leste. Methods using quantitative in nature and utilized descriptive- comparative, the aims to investigate and analyze the school leaders’ involvement in student’s behavioral problems in progress to the behavioral transformation.  Then analysis was done by using the statistics SPSS. And also, to determine the significant difference between the responses of student and teacher’s respondent on the involvement of school leaders in addressing the behavioral problems with independent of (T-Test).  Results manifested that, perception of the students and teachers, with aspects of procedures and policies (<0.05), support to staff, (<0.05) Support to students, (<0.05) awards and consequences (> 0.05) and parental involvement, (<0.05) all were agree/involved.  And the result of significant differences, there was only one with aspect of awards and consequences was rejected (>0.05) and accept the alternative hypothesis.  The results underline the importance role of school leaders play in school effectiveness and offer valuable insight in how school leaders actually can make a difference. School leaders found to have strong influence on development orientation in schools. With a sample size of 400, the study was conducted at Telkomcel in Dili, Timor-Leste. The data collection of this study used a questionnaire adopted by previous studies, and data analysis used SMART-PLS 3.0. The findings of this study indicated that product quality has no significant effect on the loyalty of the customer. Still, the perception of a fair price that is satisfied by the customer significantly affects the loyalty of the customer. The customer is satisfied with the significant mediating effect on the relationship between product quality and fair perception of the customer's loyalty. This study used quantitative questionnaire-based method with a sample of 171 SMEs in Dili, Timor-Leste. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regressions with hypothesis test using t and f values. The results show a positive and significant relationship for credit risk and interest rate on SMEs growth in Dili, Timor-Leste. The result shows that when banks and financial institutions implement credit risk effectively, company growth is increased. On the other hand, the interest rate did not have any impact on the growth of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMC). This research was carried out in 150 restaurants in Dili, Timor-Leste, and questionnaires were used to collect data. SMART-PLS 3.0 was used to test the hypothesis. The finding reveals that external factors had no significant impact on business performance, and internal factors positively influenced business performance. The mediation effect of external and internal factors had no significant impact on business performance. This research extends the empirical works of Huang & Lee (2012), Metts, (2007) and Barney (1991) on the relationship among external factors, internal factors, and business strategy and performance.
