The object is to provide the potential contribution and prevention from school leaders in leadership development school for students behavioral transformation in Senior High school of Canossa of Saint Magdalene of Canossa Ossu-Waida Timor-Leste. Methods using quantitative in nature and utilized descriptive- comparative, the aims to investigate and analyze the school leaders’ involvement in student’s behavioral problems in progress to the behavioral transformation. Then analysis was done by using the statistics SPSS. And also, to determine the significant difference between the responses of student and teacher’s respondent on the involvement of school leaders in addressing the behavioral problems with independent of (T-Test). Results manifested that, perception of the students and teachers, with aspects of procedures and policies (<0.05), support to staff, (<0.05) Support to students, (<0.05) awards and consequences (> 0.05) and parental involvement, (<0.05) all were agree/involved. And the result of significant differences, there was only one with aspect of awards and consequences was rejected (>0.05) and accept the alternative hypothesis. The results underline the importance role of school leaders play in school effectiveness and offer valuable insight in how school leaders actually can make a difference. School leaders found to have strong influence on development orientation in schools.
