This study aims to describe and explain how to interconnect subjects in the madrasa with the basis of either first or second Islamic law. The research data is in the form of information, learning activities, and learning documents. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation obtained through data sources that support the acquisition of research data. Changes and the various complexities of problems that occur within them are a form of cultural mechanisms that lead to a form of commodification of cultural products. By using ethnographic research methods during the period of 2017-2019 the following results are obtained. The commodification of the pilgrimage ritual in mount Kawi occurred in three phases of development during the 1960s, 1980s, and 2000s. Various developments that occur refer to the efforts of the development and development of the pilgrimage ritual area into cultural consumption goods. Through capitalist mechanisms and capital control, the sacred activities carried out by adherents of beliefs based on religious values are transformed into a form of market interest by prioritizing the principle of exchanging economic values to the agents involved. This study aimed to describe the implementation of learning that supports HOTS particularly in social studies learning in elementary schools and to describe learning instruments that support HOTS in social studies learning for elementary school students in Grobogan Regency. This study used qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research indicated that the learning process so far has not been yet optimally conducted in supporting HOTS students and learning instruments used by teachers were in the form of Syllabus, Lesson Plans, Teaching Materials, and Assessment. Traditional games are found in many places with different names, which is used in this research, namely engklek, sack race, jump rope, kucing dan tikus, boi-boian and bentengan, then modification. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of traditional games to improve the adaptability of intellectual disability children at SLB Harmony Autism Special School in Surakarta. The subjects of this research were 30 intellectual disabilitystudents. This research used a development method, means that research which aims to develop and produce products. Data obtained through questionnaires in the form of Likert-scale were analyzed by the following steps: change the results of the checklist data into quantitative data, calculate the total score in each aspect, the percentage score for each aspect of the obtained assessment is converted into a traditional game modification quality category. This paper aims to describe the forms and functions of expressive speech acts in the speech of autistic children. This study used qualitative approach. The data obtained were the speech of autistic children, constructing the forms and functions of expressive speech acts. The data were collected by using recording and observation techniques. To analyze the data, the interactive model analysis was deployed. The analysis resulted in two major findings. Firstly, the forms of expressive speech acts in the speech of autistic children included the statement of happiness, unhappiness, and gratitude. This research is a research and development. It aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Macromedia flash based learning media. The development phase used the ADDIE model. The findings indicate that Macromedia flash based learning media are suitable to be used as learning media. This can be seen from: first, the material expert’s validation, which obtained an average of 83.4% and the media expert’s validation, which obtained 82.42% with a very appropiate category. Second, the teacher's response to the learning, which obtained a very appropiate with the percentage of the material indicator of 85%, the interest of 86.6%, and the suitability of the media with the material of 85%; and third, the students’ responses indicate that the media indicators obtained 87.5% with very appropiate categories, while media indicators and readability obtained 70% with appropiate categories. Indonesia has ratified the WTO and TRIPs, as a consequence, Indonesia must subject to the globalization principles as stipulated in the world agreement and harmonize the provisions of IPR law under the TRIPs Agreement. This paper analyzes the trademark legal protection related to TRIPS ratification of fraudulent acts committed by businesses through passing off as a form of consumer protection. Protection to every right arising from human creativity in commerce and the rapid growth of electronic commerce transactions are increasing along with the rapid pace of people performing imitation/reputation riding of others (passing off). Research method used is normative juridical with descriptive analysis.
