It finds that Guangdong’s carbon finance has developed well and become the largest carbon trading market in China, but the development of green bond, green insurance and green finance are lagging behind. Guangdong’s green financial products present the problems of unbalanced structure, imperfect mechanism of green financial system and unclear policy orientation. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of Guangdong’s green finance from the aspects of optimizing the cooperation mode of “government guidance and market mechanism” and playing a good combination of Guangdong’s fiscal and financial policies.","PeriodicalId":382429,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124623304","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Again to take advantage of these opportunities and sustain the challenges advanced techniques like data science and business analytics are being widely adopted. Data science and business analytics evolve from the intersection of many core fields such as mathematics, statistics, operation research, cognitive computing and computer science etc. While data science focuses on representation of data acquired from heterogeneous sources and extracting significant insights by analyzing the collected data; business analytics involves tools and techniques that simplify these processes for generating insights that supports in making decisions for solving complex business problems such as sales strategy for quality control, optimization of throughput and cost effectiveness. The heterogeneity of input data such as text, image, audio and video etc., is due to the variability in different sources including sales reports, medical records, purchase data, exchange rate data, consumer price indices, product and process status data, stock market data and so on.","PeriodicalId":382429,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122531132","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there is a deficiency in this algorithm. We find that the approach creates a comparison table and then bases on the score criteria for decision making problems and parameter reduction. The comparison table and score criteria may lead to incorrect choice and parameter reduction. Two counter-examples are given to point out the problem. Then, the comparison value table is given to overcome the weakness of the comparison table and score criteria. Finally, a normal parameter reduction approach by means of the comparison value table is proposed. One example validates our proposed method.","PeriodicalId":382429,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"96 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125983745","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on this, we can realize the cluster development of enterprises in minority areas, and then drive the rapid progress of the whole regional evolution. From the history of economic development in ethnic areas since China's market-oriented reform, those enterprises that can grasp the original ecological culture of ethnic areas and turn into their own soft power have not only achieved rapid development, but also become the leading enterprises in some sub-areas, and have not made great contributions to local economic development. For ethnic minority areas, the greatest driving force to support their development is not from outside, but need to be rooted in the local, build their own unique soft power system to support their sustainable development.","PeriodicalId":382429,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125643498","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main overseas tourist sources in Shandong Province were chosen as the samples. The basic characteristics, geographic concentration trend and market structure of inbound tourists of Shandong Province were studied by using geographic concentration index and shift-share method, taking the statistics of inbound tourists in Shandong Province and China as basic data. The results showed that, during 2000-2015, the number of inbound tourists in Shandong Province increased significantly. The basic consumption of inbound tourists accounted for more than 60% of the total consumption structure. The main purpose of tourism was to engage in economic and commercial activities and tourism, the geographic concentration index of inbound tourism increased at first and then decreased. The highest structural status of tourist source country was South Korea, which had the strongest growth rate, structural contribution rate and competitiveness. Shandong Province’s inbound tourist source market had developed rapidly and had strong competitiveness, and its position in the country was on the rise.
