In this presented work, we discuss the security risks and major challenges for the cloud computing environment. Intensity of basic research in China in 2015 was less than 5%, while that of the United States and Britain was about 17%,that of South Africa was 25%. The proportion of basic research funds from the government in China was about 98%, South Africa’s was about 87%,the proportion of the United States and the United Kingdom was about 70%. The proportion of main investing bodies in China is imbalanced. The proportion of basic research funds from enterprises in Korea is as high as 55%, followed by Japan, which is as high as 43%. In China, the proportion is less than 2%. There is application-oriented imbalance in basic research. Research shows that the overall developing level of the service industry is on the rise and the contribution to the economy is increasing. However, the regional development is obviously different, and the overall performance is characterized by “high east and low west”. Methods: TOPSIS method, rank sum ratio method and the fuzzy combined method of them are used for comprehensive evaluation. Results: The medical service capability of TCM hospitals has been continuously improved from 2008 to 2017, but the utilization rate of hospital beds is low, and the medical service efficiency needs to be further improved. Conclusion: The evaluation results of TOPSIS method, rank sum ratio method and fuzzy combined method of them are basically consistent. In this study, the ATM performances of a Turkish bank, located in a specific zone are evaluated with alternative Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models. From the perspective of platform operators and curriculum developers, this paper studies how consumers will choose preferences when facing different attributes of online courses. The fuzzy predictive control algorithm, fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm, hardware design, temperature control algorithm and embedded software design were optimized to control the decocting temperature of herbal cuisine. The experimental results show that the automatic decocting system based on ARM temperature control can work out an appropriate temperature control scheme according to the properties of herbal cuisine. The finite element model of the arm bracket structure before and after the improvement was established, and the three working conditions of full shrinkage, semi-extension and full extension were selected. The maximum lift weight under different amplitude angles was selected as typical working conditions for checking calculation. On this basis, a comparative analysis of the structural strength of the arm bracket is carried out.
