Through research, we find that when the number of A-share IPOs listed and the financing amount rises, the willingness of Chinese companies to choose overseas IPOs is enhanced. This is because when the investment sentiment in the A-shares market is overheated, the government implicitly intervenes in the issuance of domestic IPOs to adjust the market heat. However, when the domestic IPO market is gaining popularity, the demand for IPO financing of Chinese companies also rises, while the government does not adjust the IPO issuance rate according to financing demands. As a result, the financing problems faced by Chinese companies are not solved in a timely manner. Therefore, many companies seek to solve this problem by listing in overseas capital markets. On the other hand, when the A-share IPO market is too hot, the degree of market pricing deviation will also rise. Research shows that the overall developing level of the service industry is on the rise and the contribution to the economy is increasing. However, the regional development is obviously different, and the overall performance is characterized by “high east and low west”. Intensity of basic research in China in 2015 was less than 5%, while that of the United States and Britain was about 17%,that of South Africa was 25%. The proportion of basic research funds from the government in China was about 98%, South Africa’s was about 87%,the proportion of the United States and the United Kingdom was about 70%. The proportion of main investing bodies in China is imbalanced. The proportion of basic research funds from enterprises in Korea is as high as 55%, followed by Japan, which is as high as 43%. In China, the proportion is less than 2%. There is application-oriented imbalance in basic research. In this study, ıt is aimed to investigate the influences of transformation which is digital and processes starting with the use of digital technologies in the energy sector. For this purpose, a detailed literature survey based on scientific articles, annual activity and research reports of companies, white papers, has been performed. It has been researched in which areas the digital transformation shows its effect and then the research area in the energy industry has been narrowed in the same perspective. Herein, no scientific articles or reviews have been found in the literature. Methods: TOPSIS method, rank sum ratio method and the fuzzy combined method of them are used for comprehensive evaluation. Results: The medical service capability of TCM hospitals has been continuously improved from 2008 to 2017, but the utilization rate of hospital beds is low, and the medical service efficiency needs to be further improved. Conclusion: The evaluation results of TOPSIS method, rank sum ratio method and fuzzy combined method of them are basically consistent. From the perspective of platform operators and curriculum developers, this paper studies how consumers will choose preferences when facing different attributes of online courses. In real life, these evaluations are generated in general by third party companies basing on financial ratios. Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) are the 7/24 customer contact point of the banks and their performance directly affects the banks overall performance. In this study, the ATM performances of a Turkish bank, located in a specific zone are evaluated with alternative Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models. The fuzzy predictive control algorithm, fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm, hardware design, temperature control algorithm and embedded software design were optimized to control the decocting temperature of herbal cuisine. The experimental results show that the automatic decocting system based on ARM temperature control can work out an appropriate temperature control scheme according to the properties of herbal cuisine. It finds that Guangdong’s carbon finance has developed well and become the largest carbon trading market in China, but the development of green bond, green insurance and green finance are lagging behind. Guangdong’s green financial products present the problems of unbalanced structure, imperfect mechanism of green financial system and unclear policy orientation.
