But there are still drawbacks and loopholes in internal management, which have become the focus of government supervision, enterprise management and academic circles. In this paper, based on the basic concept of internal control, starting from the effectiveness of the evaluation of enterprise internal control, taking 3487 annual reports of A-share 2017 listed companies stock exchanges in Shanghai and Shenzhen as the samples of this study, the internal control rating, risk assessment, goal realization, evaluation report, audit report, evaluation defects are objectively evaluated and analyzed. In view of the main problems of the company, the paper provides many relevant and instructive ideas and suggestions based on the experience of foreign enterprise management, the current situation of enterprise management in China, the principle of government supervision according to law and the operability of enterprise management according to regulations. First, the whole particle swarm is divided into several groups, each one is optimized. For enhance efficiency in the optimization process, each particle adopts a mixed algorithm of negative gradient. Secondly, according to the function value of each particle solution, the particle group is divided into two structures: the elite layer and the ordinary layer. In the algorithm initialization phase, the particles with the best value in each group are selected into the elite layer. The particles in the elite layer are relatively fixed and regularly selected (similar to the parliamentary mechanism in human society), that is, each elite layer as a whole. After several iterations of optimization calculations in the same way as the normal layer, the new elite layer is formed again according to the previou method. The optimal solution calculated by the elite layer is added as a global optimal solution to the position update formula of each particle. Similarly, the optimal solution for the common layer is also added to the update formula for each particle in the elite layer. It reflects the upper and lower particle’s mutual penetration and mutual influence of. The deep learning idea and model are introduced, and a similarity matching method for grid running section based on stacked autoencoder (SAE) is proposed. The algorithm process is divided into two stages which are layer-by-layer unsupervised pre-training and supervised fine-tuning. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated on the IEEE 10-unit 39-bus system. The results show that the proposed method has high matching accuracy. Based on the finite element volume method, the software for heat dissipation of roadway surrounding rock is developed. Through computer simulation, the influencing factors such as the distance between temperature field of roadway surrounding rock and wall surface of surrounding rock, ventilation time, wind speed and lithology are analyzed. The relationship and regularity of thermal hazards in different lithologic roadways are divided. The results show that the more far away from the wall of roadway, the more stable the temperature changes; with the prolongation of ventilation time, the shape and size of cooling ring change significantly, and the shape of cooling ring gradually changes from semi-circular arch to circular; granite, limestone and sandstone have little influence on the heat dissipation of surrounding rock; the distance between rock roadway and coal roadway is about 30 m ahead of the roadway. However, a successful digital transformation process has become a necessity to counter the disruptive power of digital transformation. In this study, critical factors necessary for successful digital transformation are analyzed. Fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) technique extension of cognitive maps (CM), which helps to analyze the relationship between these factors and allows scenario analysis for future situations, has been utilized with the thought that these factors are related to each other. At present, China and Thailand have a strong trade momentum, governments and enterprises of both countries are eager to find the influence factors of consumers online shopping in Thailand, in order to promote the overseas market smoothly; Methods: Data was obtained by collecting survey questionnaires from a sample of 286 online consumers in Thailand, and was analyzed with SPSS and cluster these consumers with the K-means and SOM; Results: K-means clearly divides consumers into two categories that pay attention to product promotion price and product quality and aesthetics. The representative model of deep learning deep belief network (DBN) was used to classify the MI EEG. Firstly, the improved OVO-CSP algorithm is used to extract the features of multi-class EEG. Then, five kinds of MI EEG signals are trained and classified by DBN. Finally, the comparison with traditional machine classification methods such as SVM and BP Neural Network proves the effectiveness and validity of the proposed method. Companies have to manage this data for executing their daily works. Supply chain analytics (SCA) allows more informed decisions to companies by giving insight from their data. SCA can be described as the utilization of analytical methods for deriving insights from data in order to obtain a deeper comprehension. With the utilization of SCA, various profits can be provided. However, companies need to decide on the most appropriate SCA tool for their company. For this reason, in this paper, the aim is to present a research methodology for selecting the most appropriate SCA tool. The criteria and alternatives in the evaluation model are specified by conducting the literature and industrial reports, and by collecting experts’ views. The criteria weights are computed using Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic (HFL) Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The alternatives are ranked using HFL VIKOR (VIseKriterijumska optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje, meaning Multi-Criteria optimization and Compromise Solution) method. Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Set (HFLTS) technique is applied to overcome the uncertainty in decision-making and the hesitancy in experts’ evaluations. Through research, we find that when the number of A-share IPOs listed and the financing amount rises, the willingness of Chinese companies to choose overseas IPOs is enhanced. This is because when the investment sentiment in the A-shares market is overheated, the government implicitly intervenes in the issuance of domestic IPOs to adjust the market heat. However, when the domestic IPO market is gaining popularity, the demand for IPO financing of Chinese companies also rises, while the government does not adjust the IPO issuance rate according to financing demands. As a result, the financing problems faced by Chinese companies are not solved in a timely manner. Therefore, many companies seek to solve this problem by listing in overseas capital markets. On the other hand, when the A-share IPO market is too hot, the degree of market pricing deviation will also rise.
