Abstract

Minimum factor theory tells us that in the vast minority areas of China, the key to the success of the soft power construction of enterprises lies in whether we can find the genes of our own corporate culture from the original ecological culture, and thus build a unique soft power system. Based on this, we can realize the cluster development of enterprises in minority areas, and then drive the rapid progress of the whole regional evolution. From the history of economic development in ethnic areas since China's market-oriented reform, those enterprises that can grasp the original ecological culture of ethnic areas and turn into their own soft power have not only achieved rapid development, but also become the leading enterprises in some sub-areas, and have not made great contributions to local economic development. For ethnic minority areas, the greatest driving force to support their development is not from outside, but need to be rooted in the local, build their own unique soft power system to support their sustainable development.
