Over several healthcare organizations, it maintains computerized records. Enterprise-wide data exchanges and other networking exchanges and technologies are used to exchange records. People today demand fast access to their medical records. The privacy and security of patient medical records are a concern because the health industry has rapid access to data. Thus, a blockchain-based solution can help to solve this problem. A blockchain network is used in healthcare to store and distribute health information amongst hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, pharmaceutical firms, and physicians. This study uses Blockchain Technology (BT) to analyze electronic healthcare data management. Insightful analysis of patient data is made possible by such a technology, which medical institutions can utilize. After an analysis of the survey of the relevant literature, a comparison of the many earlier studies is presented. Despite not being fully adopted everywhere in the world, it will undoubtedly overtake all other systems in a few years. In this research, we look at time delay in multipath propagations based on DSSS that can be used for 5G. It can be utilized more widely in the coded domain NOMA. Interference is a problem in multipath propagation, and many strategies are employed to solve it. First, a system is modelled and the multipath propagation and fading are formulated. For this system, Rayleigh fading is presumptive. Before correcting the algorithm, it must first estimate the time delay. In this research, multipath and multicarrier environments are used to estimate time delays. We estimate a Cramer Rao Lower Limit (CRLB) initially since it provides a baseline for comparison. It will be possible for you to estimate value close to the Cramer Rao Lower Limit by creating a Maximum Likelihood (ML) method (CRLB).It is used for multiple carriers before mean square error estimation (MC). The performance is estimated on a graph using the mean square error and SNR. Its effectiveness in DSSS-based MC is evaluated against that of the CRLB, and findings are provided.","PeriodicalId":377623,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Technologies (CONIT)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114560120","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are various types of uncontrollable growth. In women, it is most common cancer which accounts for around 25 percent of all cancers diagnosed in women. According to the 3rd of February 2023, departmental news of WHO, every year, more than 2.3 million new instances of breast cancer are identified. Breast cancer is one of the major causes of female deaths in 95% of countries. Early diagnosis of BC can decrease the death rate drastically as it is a curable disease when diagnosed in early stages. The classification of diagnosed breast cancer into malignant or benign tumor is a major field of research at present. Use of ML in diagnosis and classification of breast cancer is widely recognized due to its powerful feature in detection from BC datasets. This paper will evaluate various ML techniques such as regression, support vector machines (SVMs), DTs naive Bayes and random forest in the classification and diagnosis of breast cancer. We have used Wisconsin breast cancer diagnosis (WBCD) dataset for paper. A health care system model is also presented along with this paper.","PeriodicalId":377623,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Technologies (CONIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122090529","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The first stage AC-DC converter of EV (Electric Vehicle) charger plays a very important role in supporting the grid power factor unity and the H-bridge inverter is regulated for this purpose using a Second Order Generalised Integrator (SOGI) control approach, which exhibits a stable steady state as well as excellent dynamic behaviour. To maintain the international electrotechnical Commission (IEC)-61000-3-2 standard for the power quality PQ of the grid throughout operations. Additionally, the design’s performance has been verified in the presence of Sag and Swell grid voltage and diverse operating conditions. The second stage is the Modified LLC converter is used for DC-DC conversion, this converter is capable of achieving Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) for all switches. The modified LLC converter uses fewer switches than a conventional LLC converter, which greatly reduces reverse power and turn-off losses while also allowing for significantly higher Voltage conversion. A Proportional Integral controller is implemented to control the DC-DC converter’s switches. Using a PWM controller with a steady battery current, the charging current and voltage of the battery are tracked and controlled. For the 3.3kW system ratings, an extensive simulation analysis is performed. To examine the grid’s reactivity, an inductive load additionally has been attached to the grid.","PeriodicalId":377623,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Technologies (CONIT)","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117220791","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since they have low power dissipation and high consistency requirements, SRAM cells are a crucial component of modern SoCs, portable electronics, and microprocessors. This paper examined the pros and cons of the various SRAM cell architectures used in FinFET. A novel 14 nm FinFET 12T SRAM cell for low leakage power and high stability has been proposed. The proposed design is compared to a CMOS 12T SRAM cell with the technology of 90 nm and 45 nm. We also investigated the leakage power, total power, temperature variations, and SNM. The proposed design attained a low leakage power of 95.1 pw and total power dissipation of 1.69 nW as compared to the 12T CMOS designs. However, the proposed cell achieves a higher SNM when compared to SRAM using CMOS. This proves that the proposed design is stable to accommodate low-power applications.","PeriodicalId":377623,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Technologies (CONIT)","volume":" 20","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120832199","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proper localization, extraction and segmentation of blood vessels are essential for the treatment of the eye. Manual segmentation of blood vessels may be error-prone and inaccurate, leading to difficulty in further treatment, and causing problems for both operators and ophthalmologists. We present a novel method of semantic segmentation of Retinal Blood Vessels using Linked Networks to account for spatial information that is lost during feature extraction. The implementation of the segmentation technique involves using Residual Networks as a feature extractor and Transpose Convolution and Upsample Blocks for image-to-image translation thereby giving a segmentation mask as an output. The use of Upsample Blocks arises from its ability to give noise-free output while 18 layered Residual Networks using skip connections are used in the feature extraction without the vanishing gradient issues. The main feature of this architecture is the links between the Feature Extractor and the Decoder networks that improve the performance of the network by helping in the recovery of lost spatial information. Training and Validation using the Pytorch framework have been performed on the Digital Retinal Images for Vessel Extraction (DRIVE) Dataset to establish quality results.","PeriodicalId":377623,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Technologies (CONIT)","volume":"241 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124649827","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This system utilizes two separate blockchains to store the details of voters and their votes, which allows transparency in election results while protecting each voter’s privacy. The voter details are stored in one blockchain, providing greater security by requiring a PIN confirmation before the vote is counted. Additionally, votes are cast as transactions, creating a secondary blockchain that tracks the tallies of the votes. This allows for independent auditing of the ballot box and ensures that no votes were changed, removed, or added illegitimately. By moving the entire voting process online, the system reduces the effort required by staff members and allows voters to cast their votes from their own locations. Ultimately, this system is designed to make the voting process highly secure and more convenient for voters.","PeriodicalId":377623,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Technologies (CONIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129413778","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
