At present, the effect of English vocabulary mobile learning on students' vocabulary acquisition is not satisfactory. Therefore, it is essential to analyze the causes and propose solution strategies. This paper explores the four major elements of improving students' vocabulary width and depth based on the frequency effect, deep learning, coverage, practice frequency, and automaticity. Also, automaticity is a prerequisite to alleviate lexical fossilization. A repetition rate of 5–15 times a word is a prerequisite for long-term vocabulary retention [14], while the frequency of practice and vocabulary automaticity are positive variables that contribute to the transformation of passive vocabulary into automatic vocabulary, leading to vocabulary learning with higher-order thinking and ultimately to the transformation of automatic vocabulary into the active vocabulary. The teacher plays a role in assisting students to adjust their learning mood in their autonomous deep vocabulary learning. Visual analysis is a theory, method and technology that uses computer graphics and image processing technology to transform data into graphics or images displayed on screen and then interactive processing. This paper takes 46 core journal papers in CNKI database as the data pool, and draws the knowledge map of online Chinese teaching research by using geographic information sysem geographic information system and text cloud generator, micro word cloud. Through the analysis of co occurrence of core authors, publishing institutions, and the publishing area and cluster analysis of key words, the current situation, hot spots and evolution trend of online Chinese teaching before and after the epidemic are compared. It is a new field to study Chinese teaching in the future. More scholars will invest in and improve the mechanism of online Chinese teaching. The suggestions are as follows: control the amount of information displayed, emphasize important information appropriately, and conform the operation process with the psychological cognition of users. Methods: using the method of random sampling, teachers (n=30) were selected for grouping experiments. The self-made TCM English Corpus Data-driven Effectiveness Scale and Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educators Survey (MBI-ES) were used for measurement, and the relevant data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 24.0. Results: 1 The teachers' job burnout in ESP teaching in Colleges and universities of TCM was at a serious level; 2 The data-driven effectiveness of TCM English corpus can alleviate teachers' job burnout; 3 The data-driven effectiveness of TCM English corpus can significantly predict teachers' job burnout. Benjy's section in William Faulkner's The Sound and the Fury is used as the corpus and imported into AntConc 3.5.8 (Windows) 2019, a corpus analysis software able to identify textual features of an author or a particular text. With the help of AntConc, this paper explores the narrative, semantic, lexical and syntactic idiosyncrasies of the corpus so as to delve into the mind style of Benjy. It is found that the chaotic narrative order, the absence of human actor, the deviance in collocation, the limitation in lexis, the simplicity in sentence structure and the abundant use of direct speech are all clues to Benjy's uncomprehending mind. Recommendation algorithms from those platforms could be biased based on those channels' political standpoints. Therefore, the comments under news sections could be manipulated and not serve as an optimal proxy for reflecting public opinions. Social groups with different interests and standpoints are constantly conflicting with others. The measurement of social opinion can help us study the social demands behind public opinion and the social conflicts that come with the demands. Thus, content analysis of comments on Internet news articles proves effective in quantifying and understanding the different demands and conflicts in society more accurately, making it possible to govern a more developed and complex society. Carrying the goal to visualize abstract and subjective social opinions into measurable data, and to prove the effectiveness of applying data in assisting social studies, this research analyzes 160,000+ internet comments from Guan Video, a social-political channel that is followed by four million people through the Chinese video platform Bilibili, which has over 223 million Chinese users. With machine learnings IF-IDF model and Word2Vec model, this research proves the effectiveness of applying innovative quantitative measures in social research through the case study of netizens' opinions on education topics. It is because the social and ecological resilience of the human society depends on guiding human development towards sustainability. To prepare future professionals to manage climate change and the Covid-19 pandemic recovery challenges, the article proposes several ESG educational models, based on and design workshop outcomes using stakeholder analysis and the ESG and carbon neutrality research. Three partner maps for ESG consulting, reporting, and engaging have been developed, with special attention on the use of digital technologies to manage carbon emission for green and just transitions. Based on these maps, a model “Smart Customer System on Carbon Information” is proposed. The model highlights the importance of collaboration across professions such as management, accounting, public administration, public relations, communications, business intelligence, and data sciences, resulting in an integrated capability building roadmap among stakeholders.
