Visual analysis is a theory, method and technology that uses computer graphics and image processing technology to transform data into graphics or images displayed on screen and then interactive processing. This paper takes 46 core journal papers in CNKI database as the data pool, and draws the knowledge map of online Chinese teaching research by using geographic information sysem geographic information system and text cloud generator, micro word cloud. Through the analysis of co occurrence of core authors, publishing institutions, and the publishing area and cluster analysis of key words, the current situation, hot spots and evolution trend of online Chinese teaching before and after the epidemic are compared. It is a new field to study Chinese teaching in the future. More scholars will invest in and improve the mechanism of online Chinese teaching.
