Abstract

To investigate the current situation of teachers' job burnout in ESP teaching in a domestic college of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and put forward the data-driven model of TCM English corpus to effectively improve job burnout. 数据驱动的中医英语语料库对ESP教学中教师职业倦怠的影响研究
调查国内某中医院校ESP教学中教师职业倦怠的现状,提出中医英语语料库数据驱动模型,有效改善教师职业倦怠。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,选取30名教师进行分组实验。采用自制中医英语语料库数据驱动有效性量表和Maslach职业倦怠量表-教育者调查问卷(MBI-ES)进行测量,相关数据采用SPSS 24.0进行统计分析。结果:1中医院校ESP教学中教师职业倦怠程度严重;2中医英语语料库的数据驱动有效性可以缓解教师的职业倦怠;3中医英语语料库数据驱动有效性对教师职业倦怠有显著预测作用。结论:基于数据驱动理论,中医英语语料库在ESP教学中的有效应用可以解决英语教师面临的职业倦怠问题。
