We believe that cultural environment will support entrepreneurship.This study, conducted in formation and development of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial culture, is composed of three parts. Turkey has now started working on receiving a deserved share in the world health tourism market.Turkey has established a health tourism policy as in many countries that have achieved success in the health tourism. Due toawareness of stakeholders in all sectors, mainly in all relevant ministries, health care providers, travel agencies, accommodationfacilities and intermediaries, there has been an increase in patient flow for planned treatment. At this point, activities havestarted with all stakeholders of the city by showing the city’s position in the health tourism with thermal and medical potentialand its expert human resources possessed by the historical thermal city of Bursa. The importance of the contribution of the tourismsector to the national economy in terms of Bursa is increasing every day. Bursa, which tries to combine its natural and culturalwealth with service of high quality, in the future will be the city receiving more health tourists. Pepchuk","doi":"10.15535/371","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15535/371","url":null,"abstract":"The article reviews the main trends in the evolution of market research, approaches to special scientific and practical modeling andworked actively relevant aspects of their problems.The purpose of the article is to study and investigate species and modeling techniques used in marketing research.The basis of marketing research modeling is to develop necessary measures to adapt the company (current or prospective) in themarket according to the needs of consumers to achieve the objectives to meet those needs with a focus on high technology andethical standards of considering that meet consumer needs must be more efficient than the competition. Scientific works of foreignand domestic scientists who have made significant contributions to modeling market research were considered. As a result of thesestudies considered quite successful use different techniques in marketing based on model designs, and calculation formulas usedin carrying out market research, design, distribution channels, pricing policies and the study of consumer behavior. We studieda comprehensive model of marketing research, qualitative and quantitative models, mathematical model, which is a mathematicaldescription of the studied economic process or object, and verbal model by which marketers try to uncover the true feelings ofconsumers, based on the conclusions made in choosing options for advertising illustrations for brochures, pictures on the packageof subjects for promotional videos. It was investigated that the object modeling in marketing, with potentially infinite variety ofrelationships with the environment, though they are characterized by a set of “inputs” that creates or selects registration researcher.The result depends on the arsenal of measurement tools and opportunities for their use, methods of collection and processing ofmarketing information, the influence of the researcher on the “black box”. In 2012 In Turkey, a law for giving thedifferent dimension to local governments and for the purpose of effective management by using scarce resources more effectively and efficientlywas adopted along with a metropolitan law still in force, it was also intended to provide the municipality to be looked at as a professional company.For this purpose, Municipal Law No. 5393 has been issued in 2005 with the strategic plan preparation, making the work program introducedto measure the performance of municipal activities and staff. However, metropolitan municipalities and facilitated conditions have created theexpectation that many have of the metropolitan city. The latest arrangement with a population of 750,000 people in the metropolitan citiesand metropolitan boundaries had been extended to the province creating increased areas of responsibility of metropolitan municipality. Law5216, introduced for the first time in Istanbul and Kocaeli, was extended to the metropolitan municipalities borders provincial territory, the newmetropolitan arrangement (Law No.6360) is designated for other twenty-eight Metropolitan Municipality borders in the provincial territoriallimits. Thus, service areas for Metropolitan Municipalities and responsibilities has increased with the expansion of the jurisdiction., Law No.6360 expanding service areas along the boundaries of metropolitan municipalities, especially in the law brought to administrative units, returnto the neighborhood villages losing their legal personality with the expansion of liability are discussed in our Papers. As a result, the problemfor the solution of problems considered in accordance with the development of better methods of detecting was discussed; perception analysis,identifying issues around measuring the perception of stakeholders on the necessity of living was made. In this study education systems of Turkey and Finland were reviewed and assessments were conductedover PISA 2013, for which Turkey has attended for the first time. Purpose in this study is to indicate that the country like Turkey, aimingcontinuous development in education, can develop its education system to certain level through transfer of information and systems, by workingunder the education systems of the country like Finland that has proven itself in educational aspect.PISA examination was preferred in this study as comparison measurement due to its scope and attendance level. To make sense of something which is an indicator of transplantationin the name of humanity, dead people, people living is more than a matter of concern.This article is aimed to assess knowledge and attitudes of health workers about organ donation. Survey of health workers’ applicationhas been made. Frequency of the resulting data in SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software package, percentage (%) and the chisquare(X 2) were use in the course of performing tests.The survey related the participation rate of health workers at the age group between 31-40 (51%), including female health care workers(80.5 %), male health professionals (19.5% ), nurses (52.1 %); these people have knowledgeable about transplantation, they wantto be informed about transplantation, of all information relevant persons could obtain, relatives or families in need of transplantationis understood to be more precise, was found to support the issue of transplantation.People who make decissions about transplantation also need to be aware of death of close relatives. {"title":"Determining Levels of Daily Activity and Life Quality of Elder Individuals: Example of the Private Bisev Nursing Home","authors":"A. Questionnaire method was applied through face to face discussions with elderindividuals (n=58 persons). Statistical analysis was conducted on SPSS Clementine 12.0 package program. Descriptive analysis hasbeen performed for analysis data as well as cross tables have been formed through frequency distribution of participants included inresearch, health problems they experience, and variance analysis between disease types and different characteristics. Consequently:average of elder individuals residing at nursing home is = 78 and they are included in the group of advanced ages. 89,7% of the elderindividuals are covered with social security, 51,7% have income. Activity rate of the elder individuals that they could independentlymakes 74%, auxiliary means used mostly by elder individuals are determined as glasses and walking frames or similar. The rate ofindividuals not performing any physical activity is high and rate of elder individuals experiencing no health problem makes 81%. Therate of elder individuals benefiting from care service in the nursing home makes 87,9%. 74,1% of the elder individuals are willing tolive in nursing home. The primary objective of the study is to assess accessibility constraints in Nigeria’s Northeast region. Road transport is the most pervasive of all transport modes in Africa and is central for growth of the sub region. Road networks and terrain amongst others estimated showed that terrain have been one of the constraints in achieving the objectives of an efficient transportation. Some gains in road network in some locations had been eroded by increased insurgency and crisis in most locations. This has resulted in shortfalls of supply of goods within countries in the region, thus affecting their economies. We recommend that the root cause for increased insurgency and crisis, which may be due to implementation of various economic policies in Africa and increase inequality, corruption and lack of functional/truncated democracies, should be addressed.
