The quality of urban space is a determining factor in a person’s qualityof life. Which is important for ensuring quality of urban life structure is creation of healthy city. For this economic, cultural, environmental, social and political needs are met and their rights as one of available and implementation, maintenance and improvement areneeded.Aims: In our country and in the world of alternative methods to achieve high quality life and work are done. An assessment shall beperformed by attempting to access both national and international studies conducted on this fild.Data Sources: The information and data used in the study have been collected from quality of urban life in various national and international papers, books, websites and governmental agencies’ publications.Results and Discussion: Such homogeneity caused by globalisation has caused change of life preference and standards of individuals. Although it was a concept fist emerged in manufacturing industry, today, it has become an important competitive factor for service institutions as well. Total Quality Management approach is drawing more and more interest as international borders start to fade out in parallel with globalization and increasing competition. Total Quality Management is a management style that aims to meet customer expectations fully by adopting the prevention focused approach and placing the human element at the heart of all activities to achieve this goal. This study aims to present a compilation of healthcare professionals (n=150) working in Istanbul, Ankara, Diyarbakir, Erzurum and identify factors associated with opinions on the Total Quality Management. A questionnaire was used for measuring perception about the Total Quality Management. Healthcare professionals working in Istanbul and Ankara have a stronger confience that the Total Quality Management will be a helpful management tool in raising quality level of services offered by hospitals and regards quality a responsibility shared by all, compared to those working in Erzurum and Diyarbakir. Stress, causing people to get sick in terms of physically and psychologically, is defied as pressure emerging in the human body with the effects of some factors. People are living under stress every moment they breathe. In their home, in the streets, in the traffi, when eating in somewhere, shortly they deal with stress every time andeverywhere. Due to this situation, they may be affected from several factors. Factors which affect the stress level of people can affectthem in different levels. One person deals with many factors which affects stress when he goes to work, returns from work and whenhe works because he spends most of his time in the workplace. Another factor that affects stress is that whether people work in publicsector or private sector.The main aim of this study is to present the importance of the effect of stress on public offiers with regards to offiers. Associated with the world has integrated in terms of fiance, international companies which seems like it is impossible to go bankrupt for them are disappearing, and common market- like-groupings reduce global competition to intolerable stages. Companies change hands in international money markets and stock markets in a very short time, in new corporate governance, previous working culture of the company that they will administer and the career steps that company foresees for staff have lost their importance. For these reasons, the terms of career and career management make survival sense for staff. Increased levels of community health nurse is an important element of the health care management to bring about must have leadership qualities. Management serving as nurses in the health services they provide if they show leadership qualities yield and quality will be seen. This situation points to the importance of the study. The study was conducted in the university hospital in the task manager survey to all nurses. The survey consisted of two parts. It consists of 11 questions in the fist section, demographic characteristics, specifi training on management and leadership, a response was received. The second part consists of 40 questions - the Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire. The Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire was developed by Ohio State University researchers. Age demographics, marital status, education, assumed duties in the institution, as a nurse for several years, working time in the organization, management experience, number of employees under his management, dismissal is that when that happened the previous task, special training on management and leadership have been investigated as received. A 40-question survey occurred Leadership Description structurally lower structure 10. For this purpose, services of 231 fim in the research and development unit of the engineering were evaluated by analyzing data collected through a survey. One-way analysis of variance was carried out for to achieve the results. Upon review fidings of the analysis results it was concluded that performance of research and development organizations was affected by climate. In addition, when examining relationships between variables were supported within the scope of relations that manifest structural equation modeling. Some of demographic characteristics of individuals have been shown to have an effect on organizational variables examined in the course of the study. When all fidings in the survey evaluated companies in research and development has been identifid that affected the performance of the organizational climate can be created that accepts a model. In this project: the aim of family physicians investigation is to analyse awareness of breast cancer and socio-demographic characteristics. In May 2015 the survey, consisting of 38 questions, in participated 100 family physicians was conducted. The female family physicians surveyed: age - 45 years and older (39%); married (80%); family types - nuclear family (76%); the fist pieces - at the age between 13-15 years (59%); age of fist pregnancy - 25-29 years (52%); parity - 2 (36%), lower (68%), non-abortion (73%); recent child birth form caesarean section (75%); number of living children - 2 (58%); lactation period - 1 year (47%).
