{"title":"Examining the Mobbing Fact in Health Institutions Bursa Province Memleket Hospital Field Study","authors":"A. Turkmen","doi":"10.15535/PDF_182","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15535/PDF_182","url":null,"abstract":"Objective: This study is initiated for the purpose of determining the mobbing behaviours frequently encountered by employees of Bursa Province Memleket Hospital and presenting the behaviour they exhibited against such negative situation they have encountered. Method: Questionnaire method is utilized by conducting face to face discussions as a data gathering technique since the subject is sensitive and abstract notion and such method is applied to 270 health personnel and institution employees working under the institution. Reliability of the items of mobbing scale is tested with cronbach alpha (cronbach alpha value is 0.876). Obtained data were evaluated with the SPSS Clementine 12.0 package program. Variance analysis and Data Mining – Decision Trees analysis were utilized for analysis of the data. Findings: It is determined that mobbing behaviours they frequently encounter after the research as: 29.5% is humiliation, 4.22% is communication obstacle, 5% is discrimination. Behaviours they exhibit against such negative situation they encounter, 32% of males and 50% of females, verbally forward this negative situation that discomforts them to their department supervisor. Behaviours they ex- hibit to the mobbing person: the rate of employees that are rarely willing to leave the institution makes 30%; the rate of employees that are rarely willing to change their department makes 15 and the rate of employees that are thinking of applying to jurisdiction is 8%. Conclusion: There is an average level of mobbing behaviour against the employees of Bursa Province Memleket Hospital institution. As the age of the employees in health sector increases, it is indicated that the rate of problem solving through face to face discussions decreases. Widows and divorced individuals accept the situation as it is without taking any action against unfair behaviour they encounter. People with disabilities have lower educational achievements particularly when they encounter barriers in access to education services. Therefore, the matter of quality education should be included in the program to facilitate the lives of people with disabilities. “Unburdened Turkey Project” has been performed in Turkey since 2007. Unburdened Life Unit, Mersin University that was established in 2006 under the law relating to disabled people that entered into force in Turkey in 2005, carries out some studies with the aim of “Unburdened University”. Unburdened Life Unit, Mersin University was awarded with “Accessibility-Quality Incentive Award” in 2011 by the Ministry of Family and Social Policy for its studies about unburned campus; with “Barrier-Free Education” for the “Physical Accessibility Map” prepared for the disabled people in 2013 and “Voice Textbook Project” for academic accessibility by Turkey Unburdened IT Platform. The aim of this study is to examine the state of the educational services given to the disabled people in a university environment and to evaluate making quality education, removing the barrier to academic success and to create awareness through educational services. Considering Mersin University sample, it is to determine the things that must be found in existing education service by reviewing the literature about the presentation of education service. As a result, according to the sample of Mersin University that we have taken as a subject, there are positive developments to improve the quality of education services in the universities. With increasing such kind of positive applications and the correction of negative features, the disabled individuals being trained will be independent, active and productive people in the society through the quality education they will have. People are no longer limited to only their own countries, but foreign language is a way to communicate while making international trade, tourism in many occasions or while people being out of the country or overseas. To do this, the advent of technology is needed. Technical equipment is very useful to meet people’s need for communication. A need for internet can be met by latest model phones, whatever they are working. In the end a need is emerging as a requirement for the international communication: foreign language knowledge. Now people see foreign language knowledge as a requirement for getting different hardware and for working with it. The individuals spend time and money for acquisition. A problem with compatibility of hardware may arise. Many of the problems are faced due to incomplete or incorrect acquisition, so people are often forced to learn foreign language. The purpose of this study is a foreign language learning process, the process for common problems and methods, bypassing the problems with real term how to learn a foreign language. {"title":"Research of Moral Consciousness of a Personality in the Light of Strategies of Scientifi and Religious Interaction","authors":"Nadezhda Pecherskaya","doi":"10.15535/PDF_198","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15535/PDF_198","url":null,"abstract":"Retention and continuous formation of humanistic and life-affiming senses demands from the scientifi community not only showing interest to, but also permanent studying the moral consciousness aspect of the personality. In the 1990s almost no attention was paid to the research. Most studies published in this area relate to the 1960s - 1980s. The interest to the subject in the cultural and historical space initially for the Russian science can be traced in two levels - ideological and pragmatic. In the fist case, historically formed principles of the Soviet ideology, documenting the phrases “moral character of a Soviet man” or “communism builder” turned them into voluntary and compulsory model of building horizons of the individual’s expectations. On the one hand, requirements reflcted the signs of the Soviet period totalitarianism, on the other hand, they demonstrated the historical background for emergence of the dissident movement in Russia. Its ideological attenuation was associated with the loss of national values, their criticism being the reason of its origin. The loss of the values in the former Soviet Union was justifid by purely pragmatic purposes, excessively activating hedonistic interests. In this context, subsequent simplifiation of communication with a mass audience negates the moral communication in itself. The ideological role of moral knowledge in the national idea development changed as well. Priorities were predominantly set in a descending order, from economically adjusted interests to rather unpopular moral connotations. The opportunity to create a fully justifid, adequate picture of a social life, to evaluate events and phenomena, to develop a personal position and behavior model through the mass media is lost. The natural human desire to live in accordance with metaneeds was suppressed or frustrated, it faced criminalization of the mass media information flw. Self-actualization impossible for a personality exacerbated its metapathology. Plunging in the humanities, in the moral consciousness studies, the elemental approach, according to which comprehension of the whole is performed by the study of its components, dominates. Instantiation of wordings in the system of moral knowledge (ideas, concepts) in combination with value judgments, allow to consider the mass media impact on the mass consciousness in terms of the “moral - immoral”, “spiritual – spiritless” ratios. Thus, we inevitably come into contact with the sphere of not only psychoanalysis, but philosophy, religious ethics. When the rate of educational degree of the leaders who are under this study have been researched, it has been understood that the group that has master degree is composed of the majority of teachers; license and decorate degree have followed them. When the results about obstacles of management skills of curriculum have been researched, motivating everybody to be able to reach the School Vision, making everybody feel that their ideas are important, and making them feel equal among all staffs have taken the fist three ranks. At the end of the analysis, in addition, it has been understood that when the differences between ages of the group under the study have been searched, the older ones had more problems; when the differences between genders have been researched female had more problems than male. Their environment, especially family, friends, teachers, reveal new social capabilities of adolescent. The aim of our research is to determine whether there are factors or variables affecting identity development of the individual or not. Perceived social support (from family and friends) and variables like age, gender, class, faculty and socioeconomic condition are the main factors examined in this investigation. Findings have proved that social support from friends and family affects identity statues in different ways. According to the research results, an important predictor on achieved identity status is the perceived social support. There is found a difference in identity status regarding socioeconomic condition of all other variables. People live under stress whenever they are breathing. They come across with stress at home, at work, on street, while being transported, while eating something and somewhere; in short: everywhere and all the time. Thus, people may get affected by many factors. Factors that affect people’s stress levels may affect people at different levels. An individual comes across to several factors that affect stress while he or she is going to and coming from work, and while working due to the fact that he or she spends much of his or her time at work. Working of people in public or private sector becomes another factor that affects stress. The main aim of this study is to reveal the importance of effects of stress on medical staff who work for 112 Emergency Service.
