This study aims to 1) determine the superior commodity of fruits based on the Location Quotient approach. 2) determine the fruit commodity based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process approach. The research was conducted using Location Quotient analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process. The results showed that based on 1) the results of the LQ analysis stated Avocado, Mango, Jackfruit as superior commodities. 2) AHP results show that avocado with the largest weight value is 0.310. while the value of other commodities sequentially is oranges with a weight value of 0.265. mango with a weight value of 0.141 mango. and jackfruit with a weight value of 0.116. Based on the LQ and AHP values, quadrant analysis was carried out with the results of quadrant I it was known that avocado fruit was the leading commodity according to the results of the LQ (>1) and AHP (>0.25) analysis, quadrant II it was known that mango and jackfruit were superior commodities based on the analysis LQ (>1). Through the sustainable food yard program (P2L) it is hoped that it can maintain the food security of KWT members' households. This study aims to determine the pattern of developing household food security through the sustainable food yard program (P2L) in the Covid-19 Pandemic era and to find out the behavior of KWT members towards the P2L program. The research location is at KWT Pangan Sari in Penguyangan Village, North Denpasar District, Denpasar City. Respondents were determined by census as many as 25 people who are members of KWT Pangan Sari. Data collection with structured, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. \u0000The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 46.68 years, and the average education was 10.2 years which was equivalent to high school. The behavior of members of KWT Pangan Sari towards the P2L Program is classified as moderate with the percentage of achieving a score of 77.52% which includes knowledge that is classified as high, attitudes and skills are classified as moderate. The pattern of utilization of the results of the P2L program for consumption is 29.73%, 62.26% is commercialized and 8% is socialized. The development pattern of the P2L Program in maintaining the sustainability of the P2L Program is characterized by the characteristics and behavior of KWT members who are classified as moderate towards the P2L program and the pattern of utilization of production products which is more dominant for commercial purposes so that it is very in line with the program target to increase the income and welfare of KWT members as the program target. The same is true for the cashew nut agribusiness in Wonogiri because Wonogiri Regency is the leading producer of cashew (Anacardium occindintale) in Central Java Province with production approaching 90% of the total production in Central Java. Therefore, it is necessary to study the value chain of cashew nut production as the main commodity driving the economy of Wonogiri Regency along with the actors involved, critical points, and obstacles in it so that the objectives of this research can be achieved. With a qualitative descriptive approach, this research makes more use of field observations and surveys, and primary data is the main data source. Agriculture, housing, industry, tourism, services required land to carry out their development. The area of land that tended to remain followed by the increasing demand for land needs caused the transfer of agricultural land functions, especially rice fields. The purpose of this studies were to find out the causal factors, impacts caused and control strategies for the transfer of rice field functions in Kediri District of Tabanan Regency. The data used is qualitative and quantitative data sourced from primary and secondary data through questionnaires and interviews using ISM analysis. The results showed that the rice field tax, scarcity of production advice, selling prices and land leases, production costs and labor scarcity, family participation, health, number of dependents, land regeneration, pests, diseases, tourism growth and housing needs were factors causing the transfer of land functions. Environmental impacts on the transfer of land functions included irrigation water pollution, rat pests, reduced groundwater absorption, biodiversity and green open space. Short-term strategy of controlling land transfer functions by tightening the rules of selling and renting rice fields. Medium-term strategy by motivating young people to jump into agriculture and long-term strategy by checking the health and distribution of saprodi at saprodi sales stores.Land had important value in development in developing countries. Falatehan","doi":"10.24843/jma.2022.v10.i02.p13","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24843/jma.2022.v10.i02.p13","url":null,"abstract":"Supervision of regional fiscal risk is needed in order to reduce fiscal risk and also as a form of openness and fiscal sustainability of local governments, namely to find out where the fiscal position of the regional government is, in order to better ensure the sustainability of revenue, expenditure and financing so that regional fiscal health can be maintained and to prevent the occurrence of a fiscal emergency or loss of financial capacity in the local government. The problem is that local governments often lack information regarding their fiscal position, including how to see and monitor possible fiscal risks faced and how to deal with strategies appropriately and reliably. Cirebon City is one of the cities in West Java Province which, like other regions in Indonesia, has potential fiscal risks if it is not properly monitored. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the indicators of regional fiscal risk and to formulate strategies as an effort to reduce fiscal risk in Cirebon City. \u0000The results showed that the supervision of regional fiscal risk using the Carter and Ajam method showed that the regional fiscal status of Cirebon City for the years 2013-2017 was not at risk. However, when examined from each indicator in every aspect, there are several indicators whose status is in a risky condition. The indicators that are in this risky condition have the potential to cause problems in the regional fiscal of Cirebon City. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of economical, environmental, and social resources on the development of sheep partnership farming business. The novelty of this research is to review the development of resource-based sheep partnership farming business. The research was conducted on a sheep partnership farming business at Gumukmas Multi Farm (GMF) Jember district. The data collection method was carried out by survey, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and observation. Research variables include livestock farming business development (Y), economical resources (X1), environmental resources (X2), and social resources (X3). Analysis of research data using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 2.0 software. The PLS method generally consists of 2 (two) kinds of test models, namely the outer model and the inner model. The results obtained from the indicator test and declared valid are economical resources consisting of 4 (four) indicators, environmental resources consisting of 2 (two) indicators, and social resources consisting of 6 (six) indicators. In fact, sub-abian plays an important role in the development of one of the leading commodities in Bali, namely Kintamani Arabica Coffee which has received geographical indication certification since 2008. This study aims to analyze the characteristics and performance of sub-abian in the three regencies of MPIG Kintamani Arabica Coffee, as well as compare the characteristics and subakabian performance between the three districts. Characteristics and performance of the subakabian were identified based on Mackay's theory, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively through the RRA approach and the calculation of economic impact analysis. The results showed that the subakabians in the research location had the characteristics of binding each other with the traditional village; have the right of autonomy; adaptive to technological developments; subakabaian manners are bound by professional, geographical, and historical unity; based on the philosophy of tri hita karana; based on the principles of togetherness and mutual cooperation; leadership and decision-making are democratic; neoclassical agricultural organization with low formalization; and legal norms with dominant social meaning in subakabian, namely customary law. Subakabian's performance has been effective in achieving its goals and efficiently using resources so as to be able to provide local economic impact. Capaian penurunan angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo masih jauh dari target yang tertuang pada Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) periode 2017-2022. Anggaran bantuan sosial merupakan anggaran belanja yang berkaitan langsung dengan program penanggulangan kemiskinan. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu telah membuktikan bahwa program bantuan sosial berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kemisikinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sebaran kemiskinan serta pelaksanaan anggaran bantuan sosial, dan merumuskan strategi alokasi anggaran bantuan sosial untuk penurunan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa wilayah bagian utara kabupaten yang didominasi oleh dataran tinggi, memiliki angka kemiskinan yang lebih tinggi daripada wilayah bagian selatan yang merupakan kawasan pesisir pantai. Kecamatan Wates dan Kecamatan Pengasih mendapatkan alokasi belanja bantuan sosial yang paling besar. Marr. and Perr.). National cloves production fluctuates, so that in cloves production it is known as the big harvest, medium harvest and small harvest. The clove cigarette industry is the main consumer of cloves because it absorbs 95% of the national clove production which is used as the main raw material in producing. This causes the volume of cloves to exported reduced, therefore research related to the analysis of the factors that affect the volume of clove exports to the main export destination countries needs to be carried out in order to produce recommendations to the government regarding the development of Indonesian clove exports, especially in the main clove export destination countries. The main destination countries selected in this study are India, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Pakistan, and the United States which consistently import cloves from Indonesia in large volumes.
