Mustard greens farmers in Ngipik Hamlet are also constrained to organize farmer group associations, counseling, to carry out traditional events, so that social capital is not maximized, and the losses of mustard greens farmers in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic cannot be minimized. This study aims to determine the level of social capital and social capital relationships (norms, networks, and trust) of mustard greens farmers in Ngipik Hamlet, Candi Village, Bandungan District, Semarang Regency at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in September 2020. The sample of this research is 40 mustard greens farmers in the Pemuda Tani farmer group and Mitra Subur Rejeki farmer group with a minimum area of ??land cultivated which is 500m2. Data obtained through interviews with questionnaires. Data analysis with Spearman rank correlation analysis. One of them is agricultural insurance by involving farmers as partners and beneficiaries of the program. The purpose of this study was to determine farmers' perceptions of the AUTP program in Tabanan Regency, analyze the comparison of claim funds with production costs in Tabanan Regency and analyze the effectiveness of the AUTP program implementation in Tabanan Regency. This research was conducted in Tabanan Regency. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and class interval for purposes one and three while cost analysis is for purposes two. \u0000The results showed (1) Tabanan Regency as a correspondent by looking at the perception or attitude which is a form of farmers' responses to the implementation of the program in general is in the effective category with an overall score management average of 82%. provide a good perception of the program with six indicators, namely farmer satisfaction with AUTP, commitment to AUTP farmers, premium payment in accordance with AUTP benefits, AUTP technical officer services, farmer awareness of the importance of AUTP and farmers' commitment to paying premiums. (2) Production costs incurred by farmers for one planting season for 1 (one) ha arable land are Rp 2.458.150. When compared with the average claim for AUTP funds received by farmers of Rp. 2,580,000, the percentage of AUTP benefits is 105.0%. The result of the comparison of production costs and AUTP claims is that there is an excess of Rp. 121.850 (105,0% of the claims obtained). As an integrated management system, the tasks and functions are inherent in the marketing and destination governance fields. The purpose of this study is to formulate a strategy for developing sustainable integrated DMO governance on Wangi-Wangi Island. The research analysis uses a participatory approach with the principles of corporate governance. The data was processed using descriptive qualitative analysis, Multi-Dimensional Scaling analysis, and Strength-Weakness Opportunity-Threat analysis. The results of the study identified that there were 4 main stakeholders of DMO on Wangi-Wangi Island, namely; Government, Private, Tourism Governance Forum, and Community. MDS analysis shows a sustainability index of 53.96% or is included in the moderately sustainable category. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the formulation of the development strategy is in quadrant III, namely strategic development. The number of samples in this study were 30 respondents, using the saturated sampling method (census). Collecting data with interviews, documentation and questionnaires where the variables are measured by giving a score of 1-3. Data analysis is modeled into SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model using smartPLS.3.0 software. The results showed that compensation, work motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the compensation variable are seen from the t-statistics value > T table (1.96) of 4.771 and the original positive sample is 0.523, work motivation which can be seen from the t-statistics value > T table (1.96) is 2.475 and obtained the original positive sample was 0.308 in the work environment which can be seen from the t-statistic value > T table (1.96) of 2,597 and the original sample positive was 0.402. This study aims to determine the relationship between the motivation of farmers and the dynamics of subak and to determine the behavior of farmers with the dynamics of subak in the success of the technology of jajar legowo 2:1. The motivation of farmers to be studied includes social motivation, economic motivation, ecological motivation and physiological motivation. Farmer behavior includes knowledge, attitudes, skills and actions. Subak dynamics refers to 8 indicators of group dynamics. The research was conducted in December 2020 – May 2021 in Subak Penginyahan, Puhu Village, Payangan District, Gianyar Regency with a survey method. The number of respondents is 50 people. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (SEM PLS). The results showed from the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) that 1) the motivation of farmers has a significant relationship with the dynamics of subak, 2). The connection between businesses form tourism clusters can increase the competitiveness of Wangi-wangi Island, Wakatobi Regency as one of the tourist destination priority. The Wakatobi Regency Government needs to take an appropriate role related to policy formulation in order to accommodate the expectations of the community as tourism business actors. The main purpose of this study is to examine how the strategy of the Wakatobi Regency Government in developing the tourism sector on Wangi-wangi Island, Wakatobi Regency. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used Likert scale gap analysis, SWOT, and QSPM. The results of the gap analysis show that the determinants of the condition of the related and supporting industries have the highest negative gap value. Using a chain analysis approach as a way of knowing the rice supply chain in Banyubiru District, Kebumen Village. The data analysis technique used is farmer's share where the marketing margin aims to determine marketing efficiency. Enterprises, micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM tempe in the city of Mataram became one of the dominant industrial centers. The purpose of this study was to (a) analyze the business capital, characteristics, motivation and entrepreneurial innovation of tempeh UMKM in Mataram City; (b) analyzing the performance of tempeh UMKM in Mataram City; (c) analyze the effect of venture capital, characteristics, motivation and entrepreneurial innovation on the performance of tempeh SMEs in Mataram City. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, with the selection of 145 respondents. This research was conducted in the city of Mataram on tempeh UMKM. The location selection was determined by purposive sampling. The data analysis used is a qualitative method and by using a structural equation model (SEM). The results of the study indicate that (a) Business capital, characteristics, motivation and entrepreneurial innovation in Mataram City have been assessed as good seen from the respondents' responses which are dominated by \"good\" and from each variable indicator; (b) the performance variable of Tempe UMKM has been assessed as good, seen from the respondents' responses which are dominated by \"agree\" and from each variable indicator; (c) Business capital, characteristics, motivation and innovation in Mataram City have a significant effect on the performance of Tempe UMKM indirectly, where the variables that have a significant effect are business capital of 2,096, entrepreneurial characteristics of 3,407, while motivation of 2,416, and tempe innovation of 2,556 So it can be concluded that it has a positive effect.
