This study was to analyze the level of risk and farmers' perceptions of the causes of the risk of rice production in the subak sadap tiris, namely Subak Temaga in the Kedewatan Irrigation Area, Bali. Data was collected through interviews using questionnaires to 30 randomly selected farmers and focus group discussions in the period June to August 2018. The production risk in this study was that the expected results to be achieved were not met and lead to losses. Production risk was measured based on the coefficient of variation and farmers' perceptions of the causes of risk were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the analysis show   that the risk of rice production was relatively low, namely 16%. Farmers' perceptions of the causes of rice production risk were in the very good category. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method that aims to obtain data and be able to collect complete information, the practice in this study is to describe the perspectives and adaptation of the community to the conversion of agricultural land into housing in Wirolegi Village, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. The location of this research is in Wirolegi Village, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. The informant in this study was the head of the RT in Wirolegi Village, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are using interviews and documentation. The results showed that the community was very aware of the conversion of agricultural land into housing. The community hopes that, even though there is a housing development, at least the community will be assisted with road construction so that it is mutually beneficial. The majority of the people work as farm labourers. Nevertheless, producers of green rattan craft products must understand how to prioritize the factors driving and inhibiting consumer purchasing decisions in order for their firm to develop in an era of increased competition. As a result, the purposes of this study were to determine the importance of the fostering and inhibiting factors and to measure how they influence the purchasing decision of green rattan craft products. The research is located in Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan Province. The sample size was 200 and was chosen using the accidental sampling method. Data were obtained through questionnaires, literature reviews, and relevant institutions. The results showed that the rank of important factors fostering the decision to purchase green rattan craft products were environmental sustainability awareness, environmental sustainability, supporting local producers, the better quality of green products, green product safety more guaranteed, and the experience of consuming green products is more valuable. The Object of this research is Bekasi Creative Hub (BCH) which is an independent organization and community that helps develop Bekasi City’s creative economy. This study aims to formulate a development strategy for BCH. Combination of Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) and Social Enterprise Model Canvas (SEMC) methods will be used to identify the factors that might affect for BCH when developing Bekasi City’s creative economy. Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) matrix will be used to analyze the internal factors, while the External Factors Evaluation (EFE) matrix will be used to analyze the factors. The results of the IFE and EFE matrices will be reprocessed with the IE (Internal External) matrix. The aim is to determine the condition of BCH. Based on the results of IFE and EFE matrices, BCH is in cell V which means BCH in a defend posisiton. After analyzed the factors, this research will formulate the alternative strategy for BCH with SWOT matrices methode. The results of this study, there’s nine alternative strategy for BCH to development the Bekasi City’s creative economy. Mustika Agung Sentosa in 2020 did not reach the target. This study aims to determine: the factors that affect the productivity of oil palm at PT. Mustika Agung Sentosa. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used is secondary data (cross section) of production results obtained from the company obtained in 2020. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the Cobb-Douglas production function. The results showed that the variables of pesticides (X1), fertilizers (X2), labor (X3), number of plants (X4), and rainfall (X5) simultaneously affected oil palm productivity. Variable fertilizer (X2), labor (X3), number of plants (X4), and rainfall (X5) partially affect the productivity of oil palm, while the pesticide variable (X1) does not partially affect the productivity of oil palm at PT. The diffusion process and the consequences of innovation adoption will be analyzed using descriptive statistics. The diffusion and consequences of innovation were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The factors that influence the adoption of innovation will be analyzed using infrensial statistics, namely the PLS SEM model. The results of this study include the innovation diffusion process starting in 2009, which began with a combine harvester trial by the Tabanan Regency government. The combine harvester was received after a trial at Subak Bengkel in 2017. The variables that have a significant influence on innovation adoption consist of the innovation attribute variables and the type of decision. The adoption of innovations has a significant effect on the consequences of combine harvesters in Tabanan Regency. Combine harvester provides consequences such as speeding up the harvest process and reducing the average yield loss rate of only 1.5%. Studies on financial feasibility are important to be carried out in order to be taken into consideration in making decisions in a farming business. The method used in this study is a literature study for secondary blood collection from several journals consisting of IRR, NPV, and Net B/C Ratio values. Four NFT system hydroponic vegetable farms were reviewed in the study, all of which were related to cost-benefit analysis including the NFT system hydroponic vegetable farms located in Bogor, Ciamis, East Jakarta, and Banjarmasin. This study resulted in the NFT hydroponic vegetable farming in Bogor, precisely at PT. Cifa Indonesia has an NPV value of Rp. 33,478,083, an IRR of 52%, and a Net B/C Ratio of 5.56. This shows that the hydroponic vegetable farming PT. Cifa Indonesia in Bogor is more profitable to develop than other NFT system hydroponic farming. Masyarakat diberikan izin untuk mengelola hutan dengan syarat tidak mengembangkan jenis tanaman dengan sistem monokultur melainkan dengan sistem kebun campuran atau agroforestri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks dan status keberlanjutan sistem agroforestri berbasis kopi di Hutan Kemasyarakatan Desa Wanagiri, Kabupaten Buleleng ditinjau dari dimensi ekologi, dimensi ekonomi, dimensi sosial budaya, dimensi Hukum dan kelembagaan serta dimensi teknologi dan infrastruktur. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan multidimensional scaling (MDS) dengan teknik Rap-fish yang dimodifikasi menjadi Rap-Coffee melalui metode multidimensional scaling (MDS). Analisis leverage dan analisis prospektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui nilai indeks keberlanjutan sistem agroforestri kopi di Hutan Kemasyarakatan Desa Wanagiri Kabupaten Buleleng untuk dimensi sosial yang peling tinggi dengan indeks sebesar (70,86), dilanjutkan dengan hukum dan kelembagaan dengan indeks sebesar (70,06), dimensi teknologi dan infrastruktur dengan indeks (65,21), dimensi ekologi (65,07) kempat dimensi tersebut menunjukan status cukup berkelanjutan sedangkan dimesi ekonomi menunjukan status kurang berkelanjutan dengan nilai indeks sebesar (48,16) secara multidimensional nilai indeks status keberlanjutan di Desa Wanagiri Kabupaten Buleleng sebesar (63,87) yang tergolong cukup berkelanjutan pada analisis leverage di dapatkan 20 atribut sensitif dari 5 dimensi yang diteliti. Pada analisis prospektif terdapat enam faktor kunci yang mempunyai pengaruh kuat terhadap sistem agroforestri di Hutan Kemasyarakatan Desa Wanagiri, Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng yaitu kondisi iklim, luas hutan yang masih baik, stabilitas harga kopi, kelembagaan Bumdes, dukungan pemerintah pusat dan kondisi jalan.
