Mustika Agung Sentosa in 2020 did not reach the target. This study aims to determine: the factors that affect the productivity of oil palm at PT. Mustika Agung Sentosa. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used is secondary data (cross section) of production results obtained from the company obtained in 2020. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the Cobb-Douglas production function. The results showed that the variables of pesticides (X1), fertilizers (X2), labor (X3), number of plants (X4), and rainfall (X5) simultaneously affected oil palm productivity. Variable fertilizer (X2), labor (X3), number of plants (X4), and rainfall (X5) partially affect the productivity of oil palm, while the pesticide variable (X1) does not partially affect the productivity of oil palm at PT. 摘要
Mustika Agung Sentosa的棕榈油产量在2020年没有达到目标。本研究旨在确定:影响PT. Mustika Agung Sentosa油棕产量的因素。这项研究是定量描述性的。所用数据为公司2020年生产成果的二次数据(横截面)。使用的数据分析技术是使用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数的多元线性回归。结果表明，农药(X1)、肥料(X2)、人工(X3)、株数(X4)和降雨量(X5)等变量同时影响油棕产量。变量肥料(X2)、劳动力(X3)、株数(X4)、降雨量(X5)部分影响油棕产量，而农药变量(X1)对PT. Mustika Agung Sentosa油棕产量影响不大。
