This study used a method with a factorial data collection design by distributing questionnaires to teachers of SMA Negeri in East Jakarta with a total of 60 samples. The results of the study show that there is a difference between teacher commitment and the transformation of the principal. Leadership and organizational commitment exist between teachers. with high job satisfaction and low job satisfaction so that job satisfaction is high when teacher commitment is more positive with the principal's transformational leadership style, where job satisfaction is low when the teacher's organization is more open to the principal based on interaction and influence-based communication style between the principal's leadership communication and teacher commitment organization. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Sources of research data are users of the Multi Media College website. Data collection uses the method of observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. To ensure the validity of the data used triangulation method. The results of this study are the communication quality management system to consumers based on ISO 9001: 2015 on the Multi Media High School website including: 1) Providing information related to products and services, 2) withdrawing requests, contracts or orders, including changes thereto, 3) Obtaining consumer feedback related to products and services, including consumer complaints, 4) restrict or control consumer property, and 5) make specific requirements for contingency actions. Childfree itself is used for someone who does not want to have children. This lifestyle is inversely proportional to the pattern that occurs in Indonesia. Where religious and customary factors in Indonesia strongly recommend having children even if only one. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological type. The results obtained that the community provides responses in the form of cognitive, affective and behavioral which are divided into two perspectives, namely socio-cultural and religious perspectives. The response of society when viewed from a socio-cultural perspective that the status and existence of women in the past was seen from how many children she could bear children, and the pattern that occurred in Indonesia for married couples to have children even if only one. Then if viewed from a religious perspective that having offspring is a recommendation in Islam is not an obligation. The implementation of online lectures at universities not only raises positive opinions, but also negative perceptions of students, as reflected in student opinions whose opinions are presented in the online media news portal room. This study aims to analyze the negative views of students whose sources are extracted from opinion texts on the sample online media news portal page. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of the Raffles Service Agent at the Raffles Hotel Jakarta. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. SPSS version 25 is used to measure validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of Raffles Service Agent of 88.3% with a correlation of 0.940 which indicates there is a very strong relationship between the two variables. The conclusion obtained is that the performance of Raffles Service Agent will also increase if interpersonal communication is also improved. Based on the problems, the objectives of the research are to describe to the audiences about the true information about covid 19, the influences of different message, the reaction of Mersi Radio Fans Club interpret a message of covid 19 disinformation version, and the factors affect the Mersi Radio Fans Club.  The qualitative research method and the theory of encoding decoding people from Stuart Hall were used to conduct the research.  The theory of decoding was done by the audiences through three positions; they are the hegemony of the dominant position, negotiation position, and opposition position. The framing effect aims to test whether the influence of program packaging, celebrities/guest stars, presenters and artistic arrangements on viewing interest (Case Study of Broadcasting Department Students at Taruna Bhakti Vocational High School Depok). The method uses which is then processed using SPSS. Framing theory proposed by Entman is the rationale for all research with the influence of the framing effect and Education-Entertainment (E-E) is a media study other than psychology on the interests, thoughts, attitudes, and behavior of individuals or viewers. The results of this study indicate that program packaging, celebrities, presenters and the artistic arrangement of the Indonesian idol program greatly affect viewing interest in terms of viewing interest indicators. Before the Indonesian idol program was broadcast, the audience looked for information on what songs to bring, who were the performers. When the Indonesian idol program was broadcast, the audience really liked the gimmick and performances of the performers. The audience also always watches, participates in voting and sends whatsapp to support Indonesian idol program participants. The author finds novelty in the research that the author takes by taking the framing theory, which is usually used for research on news programs and politics with agenda setting theory. Dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial ini dapat dirasakan pemanfaatan ketika mnggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan serta menciptakan motivasi bagi peserta didik untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran yang berbasis video yang menampilkan beragam gambar yang didukung dengan suara penjelasan dan nada musik yang mengiringi video. Kelebihan yang dapat dimanfaatkan dari aplikasi VN ini pada proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial seperti, menambah motivasi peserta didik dalam memahami materi, karena didukung dengan gambar animasi yang menarik. Dalam proses penilaian secara langsung guru mengamati adanya perubahan positif. Narasi in collaboration with Trans7 broadcasts the Mata Najwa program every Wednesday at 20.00 WIB. This program consistently maintains the quality of broadcast content by bringing values of anti-corruption, tolerance, and participation. These values are not only the foundation in preparing the material or content in each episode, but also want to build critical thinking in society (especially the younger generation) and make them move for a better Indonesia. This research is descriptive qualitative which aims to understand the representation of the value of the Mata Najwa program in Narasi, and the message of the Mata Najwa program. The unit of analysis in this study is the selection of three episodes that represent the anti-corruption value (Serba Pungli episode), tolerance value (Once Again Problem Tolerance episode), and participation value (Warga Bantu Warga episode). The unit of analysis was dissected using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory which looked at the denotations, connotations, and myths of the Mata Najwa talkshow program instrument, which was then interpreted by Stuart Hall's representation theory. The results of the study found that the representation of the value of anti-corruption represents the value of preventing corruption and the opportunity for corruption to develop by increasing individual awareness not to commit corruption and how to save money and state assets. Tolerance represents the value of respecting every difference, being open to other people's ways of thinking, accepting, and respecting the values that other people have. And participation represents the value of the involvement of individuals or groups to take roles and take responsibility for development, environmental empowerment, political, religious issues, or decision-making, policies, and government services.
