The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of the Raffles Service Agent at the Raffles Hotel Jakarta. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. SPSS version 25 is used to measure validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of Raffles Service Agent of 88.3% with a correlation of 0.940 which indicates there is a very strong relationship between the two variables. The conclusion obtained is that the performance of Raffles Service Agent will also increase if interpersonal communication is also improved. 摘要

一个组织在其活动中确实需要与许多员工,领导甚至消费者进行沟通,那么就需要人际沟通,因为人际沟通是从一个人到另一个人的个人沟通,可以建立积极的关系,提高员工绩效。本研究的目的是确定人际沟通对雅加达莱佛士酒店莱佛士服务代理绩效的关系和影响。本研究使用的分析方法是描述性分析和简单线性回归分析。使用SPSS版本25测量效度,信度,描述性分析,相关分析,简单回归分析。本研究结果表明,人际沟通对莱佛士服务代理绩效的影响显著,为88.3%,相关系数为0.940,表明两者之间存在很强的关系。得出的结论是,如果人际沟通得到改善,莱佛士服务代理的绩效也会提高。关键词:人际沟通,员工绩效,前厅部。
