Nevertheless, Chinese genealogical archives suffered significant damage during the Cultural Revolution. In recent years, there has been a gradual resurgence of the Chinese clan culture, with many individuals endeavoring to reconstruct their genealogical records. However, challenges persist in the process of folk genealogical reconstruction, including the informal methods of information collection and reliance on a single source of information, both of which can compromise the reliability of genealogical archives. The aforementioned issues pose challenges for individuals seeking to trace their lineage through genealogical records, thereby impeding the resurgence of clan culture. Hence, it is crucial to implement a systematic management system for genealogical archives, ensuring comprehensive planning and administration to preserve genealogical records and foster the advancement of clan culture. The establishment of a sophisticated management system for genealogical archives can contribute to the creation of a collective societal memory, foster economic development, and bolster the credibility of genealogical records by facilitating cross-verification between official and private repositories. This, in turn, lays a robust groundwork for scholarly investigations in the realms of history and sociology.","PeriodicalId":373664,"journal":{"name":"Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication Studies","volume":"4 20","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141380204","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Differences in house prices between cities can be attributed to a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the level of economic development and residents’ incomes. To gain a deeper understanding of the variability of house prices and its determinants across cities, this study selects five representative cities in the UK for analysis. It explores whether there are statistically significant differences in house prices through Analysis of Variance and applies multiple linear regression modeling to assess the specific roles of each influencing factor on house prices. This analysis aims to provide policymakers and market participants with an in-depth understanding of the trends in house price changes, thereby supporting the effective allocation of real estate resources and the balanced development of the economy. The results not only reveal significant differences in house prices across cities but also identify key factors that significantly impact house prices, providing insights to promote the healthy development of the real estate market.","PeriodicalId":373664,"journal":{"name":"Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication Studies","volume":"113 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141376413","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Now, more and more experimental research is actively involved in helping children with autism. Through collecting and analyzing the data of children with autism in eastern and western countries, this paper explores and discusses the situation and intervention of children with autism. The factors that influence autistic children are discussed in this paper, including social factors, family factors and school factors. Some intervention studies are discussed in this article, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, sports activities such as dancing. The results signify that children with autism are still in a situation where more people need to understand and help. While there are effective strategies that can be applied to help children with ASD, research must uncover more potent therapies to support the development of independence in autistic children.","PeriodicalId":373664,"journal":{"name":"Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication Studies","volume":"354 16","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141380853","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is the earliest and lifelong environment closely connected to a person. Among various family factors, parenting style is the most significant factor influencing the development of individual self-control ability. Self-control, as a concentrated manifestation of human consciousness and subjective initiative, is essential for individuals to complete tasks, coordinate relationships, and successfully adapt to society. A child’s self-control ability is crucial for their life and future development. Through parenting style, children learn how to manage emotions, control impulses, set goals, and persevere, all essential components of self-control. Therefore, choosing the right parenting style to cultivate a child’s good self-control ability is an important research direction. This paper aims to explore the relationship between parenting style and self-control ability, revealing the correct parenting style that can shape good self-control abilities. Additionally, with the widespread use and development of technology, children’s smartphone dependency has become a perplexing issue for most parents. Hence, this study also investigates the role of self-control as a mediator between parenting style and smartphone dependency. To achieve the research goals, this study employs interdisciplinary research methods such as psychology and education for co-analysis. The study finds that different parenting styles have different shaping effects on self-control abilities. Self-control plays a significant mediating role between parenting style and problematic behaviors.","PeriodicalId":373664,"journal":{"name":"Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication Studies","volume":"117 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141376793","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Even if these impressions are given new characteristics with the change and development of the city over time, it is difficult to reverse the inherent cognition of the audience’s psychology. This paper aims to explore the relationship between these stereotypes and urban brand building, find out the relationship between them through a series of research methods such as questionnaire survey, and explore the impact of stereotypes on urban brand communication in audience cognition. While the government and other subjects make efforts to create new urban characteristics, they fully recognize the “double-sided effect” of stereotypes, effectively avoid risks, and seize the advantages of communication. At the same time, they also hope to make full use of the communication advantages of current emerging media technologies and media platforms in urban communication, so that more urban personalities can be seen and urban brands can achieve breakthroughs in the inevitable rise and fall cycle. In summary, according to these research contents and conclusions, this paper puts forward corresponding development strategies, so as to realize the construction and improvement of the city image publicity system, so that the city brand can receive certain guidance at each stage, provide reference for building a city brand with its own characteristics, and finally realize the sustainable development of the city brand.","PeriodicalId":373664,"journal":{"name":"Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication Studies","volume":"127 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141376883","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research has shown that the optimal recovery period for children with autism is in the early childhood period from infancy to the age of 4. Family, as the first public communication environment with social attributes that children come into contact with, will have a huge impact on their rehabilitation. Therefore, the impact of families on children with autism has received much attention. This paper divides influences of family into four aspect: parenting styles, attachment relationships, parental conflicts, and family therapy. This study concludes that family factors have a holistic impact on children with autism. Positive parenting styles and healthy attachment relationships will have a positive impact on children’s recovery, while parental conflicts will affect children’s symptom recovery and behavioral development. Parental involvement in mediation therapy is crucial in child rehabilitation and has significant advantages in rehabilitation interventions for children with autism. This article emphasizes the important role of the family in the rehabilitation and adaptation of children with ASD.","PeriodicalId":373664,"journal":{"name":"Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication Studies","volume":"117 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141376902","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper aims to explore the role and significance of emotional mobilization mechanisms and theories in the creation and dissemination of short video content. By analyzing different types of short video content, we study how emotions are mobilized to attract the audience, and the impact of this emotional mobilization on audience behavior. This study first reviews the basic theories of emotional mobilization, including emotion theories from psychological and communication perspectives, and how emotions are manipulated and expressed in short videos. This paper also explores the application of emotional mobilization in short video marketing and social mobilization, assessing its effect and impact in social communication. Studies have found that emotional mobilization plays a dual role in short videos: on the one hand, it can significantly enhance the attractiveness and persuasiveness of information, and promote emotional resonance and behavioral participation of the audience; on the other hand, excessive or improper emotional manipulation may have numerous negative effects on society, mainly in the construction of personal values. Finally, this paper presents prospects for future research to more effectively apply emotional mobilization mechanisms in short video production.","PeriodicalId":373664,"journal":{"name":"Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication Studies","volume":"13 S16","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141377898","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
