Article XXI of GATT 1994 was firstly regulated in GATT 1947 and carried over to the establishment of the WTO, seeking the balance between trade and non-trade concerns and enabling Members the right to circumvent WTO provisions on national security grounds. However, Article XXI has hardly ever been invoked during the seventy years until the Russian Transit Traffic case shattered the dormant provision in 2017. This paper will first discuss the problem of jurisdiction and analyze whether the Panel should reserve certain right of jurisdiction. It then turns to the heated topic of the standard of review to examine how the WTO has refined national security exceptions and prevented members from abusing these provisions to implement measures that violate international trade rules. Cosplay is a kind of performative activity similar to role-play that Japan proposed, and in recent years, its international influence has gradually expanded. Based on the widespread cosplay culture in the world, this paper analyzes the problems of the revival of Hanfu culture from the perspective of cosplay culture dissemination. This paper argues that the cultural dissemination of Hanfu has the problems of “racial orientation” caused by the traditional class system and sectarian thinking, the problem of wearing Hanfu, which is too cumbersome, and the difficulty of promoting Hanfu due to the backwardness of its dissemination method. All these problems can be addressed by disseminating cosplay culture, characterized by high flexibility, strong inclusiveness, and great commercial value. Based on this, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first, the revival and development of Chinese traditional dress needs to be innovative, integrated, and moderately adjusted to meet the current market demand. Secondly, break the antagonism between traditional and popular culture and promote Hanfu culture to the general public through modernized marketing and lifestyle. However, the causes of depression and anxiety and their treatment remain largely unknown. This paper investigates constructed emotion, which is the process of constructing emotions in brains to respond to different circumstances. Through this new theory, psychologists can explain the formation of depression and anxiety in adolescence through peer pressures, past experiences, or the development of brains. This paper indicates some statistics about  Adolescence Depression and anxiety while proposing some possible causation of these mental disorders investigating several reasons for the causation of Adolescence Depression and anxiety, and trying to explain them in terms of constructed emotion theory. Besides, this paper proposes some general treatments for depression and anxiety, such as flexible treatment that requires individual treatment and case studies. With this fast-paced lifestyle, the public strongly demands online socializing and interaction, providing them with huge market and consumption power. In the era of the pandemic, the rapid progress of the internet has led to the rise of live-streaming rooms. Flexible purchasing models, rich products, a good atmosphere and community establishment, the psychology of paying for loved ones, and blind box mechanisms that can satisfy emotional values all make the public willing to pay for them. While the revenue of anime IP cards dismantling live streaming rooms continues to improve, there are also problems such as uneven quality, poor order, and blind consumption by young people in the live streaming rooms. This paper explores the efficacy and implications of teacher merit pay systems. Teacher merit pay has been implemented with varying degrees of success. The study examines cases where these systems increase teacher stress due to a heavy emphasis on performance metrics, potentially leading to higher turnover rates. Such turnover could improve student outcomes by removing poorly performing teachers. However, other implementations of merit pay that preserve baseline salaries and offer bonuses based on performance have shown no significant impact on student achievements, attendance, or graduation rates. This analysis emphasizes the complexities and mixed results concerning with merit pay systems and underscores the need for extended research duration, ideally over three years, to capture their comprehensive effects. Few studies have been carried out that are more detailed and specific to Chinese students. It is, therefore, worth exploring how students from different walks of life make their higher education choices and the factors that influence them in greater depth. This paper reports the results of a comparative study of five Chinese students with different higher education choices using semi-structured interviews. The author will control for the influences of each interviewee to conclude. The paper also explores the experiences and considerations of several Chinese students in their choice of higher education. The paper argue that Chinese students’ choices are significantly related to both family circumstances and personal ability, with family social class and the educational attainment of the student’s parents having a significant impact on Chinese students’ higher education choices.
