Il retrace les evolutions du style dans les reformes des annees 1970 et 1990, jusqu’a la loi de 2015 sur les droits des consommateurs. L’analyse se concentre sur les dispositions relatives a la qualite des biens vendus dans les contrats de vente. L’etude examine l’evolution du style legislatif dans les differents textes et se concentre sur les procedes mis en œuvre pour obtenir un style plus lisible et plus clair. L’etude du corpus met ainsi en evidence une evolution progressive vers une plus grande lisibilite de la legislation. L’article explore egalement les limites de cette lisibilite, les textes restant difficilement abordables pour le non-initie , le travail de simplification des regles legislatives ayant ete delegue a une association de protection des consommateurs.","PeriodicalId":37325,"journal":{"name":"ASp","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41842378","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Neanmoins, les travaux et recherches diachroniques presentent une grande heterogeneite tant dans leurs approches que dans les objectifs qu’ils poursuivent. Si ceci reflete la richesse des apports de la diachronie, cela indique egalement que l’heure semble moins au plaidoyer en faveur de cette perspective, mais plus a la reflexion autour de ce qui la caracterise lorsqu’elle est appliquee aux langues de specialite. Dans ce contexte, nous proposons d’adopter le prisme de la terminologie textuelle pour alimenter cette reflexion. Cette approche cherche en effet depuis plusieurs annees a systematiser les methodes outillees d’analyse de la variation en corpus specialises et a en theoriser differents aspects, a partir de contextes reels d’application. Ces objectifs ont donc amene ce courant a questionner plusieurs « piliers » d’analyse en diachronie autour des notions de corpus, outils, experts et interpretation.","PeriodicalId":37325,"journal":{"name":"ASp","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46872615","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ce role est essentiel dans un domaine comme celui du climat, dont les enjeux doivent etre saisis par le plus grand nombre pour que des actions soient entreprises. Cette etude se propose d’analyser la maniere dont la question du climat est traitee dans deux journaux anglophones, le New York Times et le Daily Telegraph, lors de deux periodes, 2010 et 2017. L’objectif est double : le traitement du climat dans la presse renseigne tout d’abord sur l’etat de l’opinion a propos du climat a une periode et dans une aire geographique donnees ; il met egalement en evidence la maniere dont la presse se saisit d’une question scientifique complexe pour l’integrer dans le discours fortement norme qu’elle produit. Dans cette optique, des analyses statistiques de cooccurrences ont ete conduites a l’aide du logiciel TXM, afin d’obtenir des resultats quantifiables, qui ont ensuite ete mis en perspective par une etude plus qualitative des contextes de climate.","PeriodicalId":37325,"journal":{"name":"ASp","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44892463","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

En effet, le nombre d’occurrences d’un neologisme ou le nombre de publications dans lequel il apparait varie generalement d’annee en annee. De meme, ses variantes et ses equivalents peuvent apparaitre ou disparaitre au fil des ans. Nous presentons d’abord un bref etat de l’art de la notion de neologisme specialise duquel nous derivons notre hypothese de recherche et le cadre de notre analyse. Puis, nous presentons la methodologie adoptee pour la constitution d’un corpus specialise dans les maladies rares et pour la detection des neologismes. Enfin, la derniere partie est consacree a l’analyse, pour deux neologismes, des donnees recueillies pour chacun des facteurs que nous supposons determinants dans l’integration du neologisme a la langue de cette communaute de discours.","PeriodicalId":37325,"journal":{"name":"ASp","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44255082","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
