Based on this, this paper explores the innovative service mode of university libraries under the new media environment, and seeks strategies and ways to improve the academic information service quality of university library. From the perspective of user needs and service methods, this paper discusses the various types of user needs and different service modes of university libraries under the new media environment. It analyzes the academic innovation service model of university library embedded in the process of scientific research from the aspects of the connotation and characteristics of service model and specific process of service. However, based on the analysis of the three dimensions of the supply side, the demand side and the use side in the orientation training rural teachers, there is a contradiction between the supply of normal colleges and the demand of rural schools, and a deviation between the working environment of rural schools and the professional expectations of normal students. The economic, social, political and other investment risk factors of these countries are complex. In order to develop a Balanced Scorecard (a balanced system of indicators) for energy companies, it is advisable to apply key performance indicators in four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. Using the method of expert survey, the authors of the present article have ranked the indicators within each strategic perspective. The ranking data received can lay the foundation for the development of incentive systems. Therefore, this paper will focus on customers' consumption behavior and intention on this platform. This research takes 50 people with shopping experience on living streaming platforms as the research object and adopts the research online questionnaires to analyze their consumption characteristics and consumption tendency. The results show that most of the products purchased by respondents through live shopping are food, followed by beauty products. The reason why they choose to place an order is that the discount on the product attracts them. Product display also makes an influence of their choice. However, they are not satisfied with the products purchased through the webcast.
